I strongly urge you not to do any trading here. They did not call at all whether my application for approval of installment payment was valid or not. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Sent dekstop for repair on last Tuesday. The staff said their technician was not around and told me to leave the desktop at the shop there for checking. The technician called that the processor spoiled and the whole thing (motherboard, CPU, GPU) need to change.

Went to shop at ~12.30pm Wednesday. Frontdesk staffs passed a spec flyer to me. Technician was not around. I asked the staffs what were the recommended parts can be used on the desktop. They seemed that they couldn’t provide an answer and need to check with technician later. Told me to take the package deal listed on the flyer. They will provide quotation after deducting parts, but the staff providing quotation was not available. The frontdesk staff promised to give me quotation latest by Thursday.

Went to shop on Thursday to take back desktop, and reminded the frontdesk staff to provide quotation ASAP. Received whatsapp from the shop and asked me to provide email address for quotation.
