I only received quotation on Friday afternoon.

I took the desktop to the other computer shop, the staff there was able to diagnose the desktop, recommend parts for change and provide quotation on-site.

Overall, I feel that the shop needs several improvements. 1. Frontdesk staffs could have been provided more computer hardware related training, but not just rely on the technicians and wait for them to feedback to customers. 2. The staffs should have kept the promise to customers as well. 3. Much faster response in providing quotation. Customers will not just wait for you as there are lots of alternative choice.

After this incident, I don’t think I’ll visit this shop anymore.

Asked them to send my brother’s laptop to the ASUS HQ using a warranty, they preferred to repaired themselves and didn’t complete the job at all, no format, and my hardisk they didn’t even know how to fix but yet don’t want to send the laptop to the HQ. And one of the screw of the laptop is missing and they keep quiet about that when we take back the laptop at the center. Bad service.

    The best laptop repair place i have experienced in Ipoh. Im fussy. i call visit check before becoming a customer. Its not about money. Its about quality then quantity. DDR L 8GB RM 194 inc installation. Btw i know its RM 129 on shopee ??
