    I recently had an unfortunate experience with an employee named Damond at your store. I visited to collect a SIM card on behalf of someone, and I was aware that I needed an authorization letter and the person’s digital IC. However, Damond insisted that I needed the physical IC, which seemed illogical to me considering the purpose of the authorization letter. When I questioned this, he shrugged his shoulders and did not provide a satisfactory explanation.

    Additionally, when I asked for his name to make a formal complaint, he became confrontational and displayed unprofessional behavior. It was disappointing to encounter such rudeness and gangster-like customer service.

    I hope that steps are taken to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times.

    i got my phone and ipad screen protectors done here about a year ago, but i’m writing about it now because i’m petty like that! i’m not sure how, but they managed to screw up both gadgets.
