The shop sold me a rather expensive laptop charger. I could tolerate the price but the quality was appalling. Within an hour, the charger ceased working.

    Datang utk beli cable but some staffs look at me as if i want to steal the cable. Is it wrong to take a look around the store first bcs initially i wanted to buy sd card also tpi tkjadi bcs of their behaviour. it is really wrong to talk loudly about your customer as if we does not have intention to pay. We came to buy so of course we will pay. If you want to assume something bad, make sure to keep it to urself until it is confirmed. bad customer service! instead of assist, both of them chose to assume wrongly

    This place is a bit like heaven to me. I really like the inside since they have advanced computers. The price is also fair to me. If I lived here, I can guarantee that I would buy one of my favourite mouse. What a place to go. highly recommended.

    Pretty good services. Went on weekdays, quite a lot of customers. Bought a printer, Price is cheaper then the computer shop opposite

    -Insufficient knowledge of staff -selling incorrect item but cannot exchange after sold.

    Irresponsible , First of all, the staff should inform us when the price required member for the special price. But the staff did not mentioned the special price required member for it. Moreover, the casher also did not shows the price during payment. What is that ? Common things need to teach lol? And the staff blamed the customer no listen about this member price things but i can guarantee that the staff did not mentioned about this during selling process and the staffs trying to blame each others and end up blaming the customer! Next, i did ask about what is the benefit of having a member then the staff did not mentioned any member price things. What kind of service is this ? Try to scam the customer for extra pay instead of purchasing at member price ? If like that no need do promotion. No purpose if u not able to promote the promotion. Bad bad bad bad customer service!!! Not solving the problem instead of blaming the customer and made many excuses!! Irresponsible staffs!!!

  1. Went there and ask for staff for assistance, the staff is playing handphones games while talking to me. Hmmmmmm.

  2. The salesman I met had a good services, but the laptop I bought was always defective, even if they replaced it with a new one, it was still faulty and wasted a lot of my time taking it to the warranty(bought almost a month but only used 4-5 days) so I couldn’t done my assignment on time.

  3. Bought a broken controller yesterday afternoon and the staff said cannot change. Please don’t sell if you don’t let people to change.
