Went there and ask for staff for assistance, the staff is playing handphones games while talking to me. Hmmmmmm.
The salesman I met had a good services, but the laptop I bought was always defective, even if they replaced it with a new one, it was still faulty and wasted a lot of my time taking it to the warranty(bought almost a month but only used 4-5 days) so I couldn’t done my assignment on time.
Bought a broken controller yesterday afternoon and the staff said cannot change. Please don’t sell if you don’t let people to change.
