2 weeks agoMy house key broke in my lock, so I brought my lock in for extraction. They fixed it within 30 seconds and charged nothing for it. Key duplication cost barely RM5 per key. Good service and cheap prices. Only cons is parking, which is extremely limited on roadside. Consider parking on other side roads and walking a distance.a month agoDuplicated my spare car key and remote here. The first time the remote spoiled not long after so I went back to the shop. The good thing is they made a free replacement but mentioned no more next time. Then the second remote spoiled again.6 months agoOld vios key always facing casing crack issues, tried to explore for another key type and this shop manage to change to a modern key type despite the fact i have lost my master immobiliser key. Satisfied with the expertise of this shop has to offer3 months agocheap and fast. they charged me rm1-2 each key ?2 months agoI will travel all the way from Batu Ferringhi to Georgetown for Guan H to fix my keys. Skilled with a great service attitude!

a week agoAlmost perfect – had a set of antique keys which require the uncle’s full depth and breath of knowledge to resolved. Two done one to go for next visit. Highly recommended4 months agoThe whole process was very efficient, on time and professional. I lost my car key and need a new one urgently. And I had engaged a few locksmith and they are by far the most prompt and swift. They arrived on time and get it done faster that I’ve expected. Price is reasonable too! Definitely will find them again if I ever encounter any key issue in the future. ( I only got a call back from another locksmith after I fixed it)3 months agoI had to get a house key cut for a digital lock. I asked over 30 locksmiths in Australia from different states. They all said it was either impossible or could not be cut in Australia. These were locksmiths with all the accreditations and advanced western machinery (cut key for mercedes benz, bmw, etc). Not a single one could copy my keyThe uncle here copy my key in 1 hour. No qualms about how difficult it might be. This uncle is better than all the locksmiths in Australia. Don’t let the humbleness of this uncle or shop fool you. He is a master a true sifu. They are amongst the best in their trade in the world
5 months agoThe elderly gentleman who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to advise me after I described the problem with my lock. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for locks.a year agoThe lady managed to create a duplicate key for me even when my original key was broken. Very good craft and technique. Definitely recommended to whoever that needs their key done!

Eng Ming Keysmith. One of the oldest Keysmith around, they offered cheapest key duplication services one could find in Penang.
The proprietor is well knowledgeable and in my experience, they help to repair a old barrel type lock which others wont even touch.
Service speed is fast, and no frills pricing and good quality key means you’d get your money worth here.
The only qualms I have is there’s no parking space and chulia street, being a busy street means if you park the car by the roadside, be prepared for the car to be towed by the council

Just take a look at the interior you know how well it has aged.
This shop provides wide range of services like duplicating remote controls, keys and also do sell pad locks and door locks.
Service was good, expect a bit of waiting if there are more than 3 customers.
So far the keys work fine.
Price is economical. The normal key duplication is only around rm2 to 3.

Great for duplicate my acces card. Uncle was so kind. I only wait 1 minute for uncle to duplicate my access card and valuable for money to only 10 ringgit. Other place want to charge me 20 ringit
