3 weeks agoEarly December, I went over to westgate outlet to find out more about digital locks. Yuwei attended to me and explained the various types of lock. As the stock was not ready, I told her I will come back again. 3 week later, I went back and look for her to place the order. Thank you for being so patient with me. Answer my 101 questions. Friendly and approachable as well so we can ask her all our questions 🙂 Thank you for your recommendations.2 weeks agoI did not buy from this shop but just enquired about their digital locks. It was frustrating liaising with the customer service. When i asked for the specifications of their digital lock, the rep told me he cannot share the specs because they are “worried that you cannot understand”. Instead, they asked me to ask any questions i have. I also asked for a photo of the remote control for the digital lock they recommended but for some reason they could not provide, saying they dont have it at the shop. When i suggested that they may have upcoming installations and asked if they can ask the installer to take a photo, the rep just said they will not share photos of the remote control. The way information is withheld felt suspicious. This experience is very surprising looking at the good reviews posted here.4 months agoYuwei is an awesome salesperson! Her knowledge on the products is amazing and her recommendations on products catered to our needs is an absolute spot-on. She is genuine and not pushy.
