This is the photo of the staff coming to the workshop (where im reparing my car) to reset my key due to the car not being able to start using my spare key. He reset my key and the immobiliser system setup. Now, all back to normal.

You might want to get a second opinion elsewhere. I came here to have my car remote repaired. After they changed the battery and tested it out (which didn’t work), he informed me that the entire remote needed to be replaced. I didn’t know if his quote was reasonable, so I went to another store nearby. The other store did the same thing. They changed my car’s remote battery and tried, but this time it worked. Meaning to say the battery just needs replacement and that’s it, no need to replace entire remote (which obv cost more) I’m just sharing my experience. It’s up to you to decide whether it was a misdiagnosed or intentional attempt to earn more $.
I felt stupid and shortchanged. Had to replace my key fob battery urgently and ended paying RM38 for a CR2450 battery at GL Locksmith. MrDIY only selling for RM2.74. Can’t be 13 times more expensive just because one is made in Japan and the other in Malaysia
It was sunday… luckily the locksmith was open… very friendly and helpful… well recommended…

Honest and very good after service,went to a nearby locksmith quote me RM150 for a KEY and this uncle charge me less than half of the price RM60.did my remote and key there,really satisfied with their service and well recommended ?
