Accidentally locked ourselves out of the room with no key , when contacting Mr Ingo he was quick in helping us and sending somebody over. His staff Mr Lee that was sent to help us was also professional and friendly. Great overall service

They accept qr pay and card which is convenient.5 years agoVery good service, will ask you to take photos and check what is the actual problem and provide advice to you and not like other locksmith simply change the lock for you without solving your actual problem.5 years agoThis locksmith shop occupied only half a shop lot and operated by Mr Kelvin Tam. My MyVi electronic key duplication was done in a jiffy, everything done probably within ten minutes from key duplicating to the electronic chip frequency adjustment in the new key.3 years agoVery professional. I use digital lock for my master door. Last night it failed. I tried jumpstart it using v9 battery but didnt work. The backup key was left inside the house.
I called up ah wai to help unlock the door. He did it swiftly without damaging the lock and door. Great service
I came here to buy a replacement for my broken tumble lock. I brought the broken lock for size matching but without saying too much, he just had a look, started working on the broken lock and within 5 minutes he’d fixed it! Very reasonable price too. Would definitely come here again. Honest old timer servicemen.
