Highly recommend this place for digital lock purchase. Price is value for money and customer service is excellent especially Carmen. She is very detail orientated and knows exactly what I need and help me choose the best fit. Doesn’t upsell me with doors and gate package. Also they quite patient with kids especially my son who likes to explore all doors and parts while I am asking questions. Overall had a great experience there. Would come again!

I would recommend REN from Tampines1 , he is very responsive , detailed and knowledgeable when choosing my gate and digital lock, even after sales service when I messaged him after 8months he still gets back to me when I had some enquiry about my gate.

I went to Tampines 1 yesterday and walked into Digital Lock. I was approached by a friendly staff, Carmen. She was very helpful. She explained in great details to my queries, not just the digital lock but also the Water Purifier. I was very impressed with her quality service. She helped me killing 2 birds with a stone. Highly recommended
