4 months agoI went for tooth checking on 11/7/2023, I did tooth cleaning and filling on one of tooth, the doctor explanation is good and friendly, just the receptionist attitude is a bit rude and not so friendly. Unfortunately, my teeth filling partially broke after 2/3 weeks. Then doctor gave free repair. However, the filling broke again after 2/3weeks. Then, I called to the clinic and explain but the admin react rudely and said free repair period only within one month after filling, in fact my teeth was repaired around early august/end of july, I forgot the date (the date also not recorded by the clinic, they claimed that my teeth filling is on July), at the end clinic won’t want to repair the second time without charge. I am speechless and fell disappoint with the services. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 star cause they did give the first repair FOC.11 months agoExcellent service without overcharging. The place is clean, comfortable and there is a play area for children. Glad I found this dental clinic. Very informative and extremely helpful dentist and staff. Thanks Dr Venu!2 years agoReally recommended this clinic for braces, very staisfied with the pricing, enviroment, staff , appointment reminder call and waiting time. Overall best service, the doctor very friendly and able to explain each procedure involved, explain why must changing wire and all.. result can see very fast, overall no pain at all wearing braces. Reasonable pricing, nice environment and a smart dentist.2 years agoThe doctor are well expeariance and staff are very nice and friendly to patients which makes it exciting for patients to attend their appointments. The equipments are great and waiting area is very big and costly items, kids setup very nice and comfortable. Highly recommended….

I do not recommend to go to this dental clinic for root canal treatment. It should be 0 star rate. I came here with a reference letter from private dentist clinic. Despite my first time walk in and received first RCT, I was shocked that the dentist said they don’t inject anesthetic until you raise your hand to signal the pain.
It does not make sense when a patient does not feel pain during the treatment without the anesthetic and generally speaking, I doubt everyone can withstand the pain.
During the treatment, the pain was excruciating despite they applied 2 anesthetic injection. It was as if something was drilling a hole against your bone and nerves after splitting your flesh.
The appointment has to wait for a month to receive their next appointment call. Appointment through whatsapp is not allowed which I sincerely think it is not efficient.
What’s worse was I have to visit 4 times to experience the pain. I am not satisfied with the experience. I am now regretting that I should have used my bonus to go for endodontist.
Currently the clinic accepts walk-in. Come early (by about 8 am) if treatment is needed. If late, can only do basic check up. Beginning May 2023, appointment is made through MySejahtera app. The steps to do it are shown in the photo attached. However, if the name of this clinic is not listed, it means the system is not ready, so just do a walk-in.
booked appointment last week for today and the process is really brief and excellent. i got doc from room 1 shes very softspoken and assisting me nicely. my appointment pun according to the time i booked and not delayed. but the payment is cashless. feel bad for the elders that goes here. but overall the service is tiptop. scaling is rm3
It is good government dental clinic. Best make appointment before going. If walk in, need to go before 8.30am and expect long queue. Usually it will be 10.30am or 11.00am to come to your turn if you reach there at 8am. Their service is good these days. A few years ago their service was bad. It took 1 year to get into the queue of root canal treatment. It is hard to find parking so sometimes people park at the road side.
Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious waiting area. With an appointment, I was in and out of the clinic in 45 minutes to have a filling replaced. RM1 for registration and RM2 for filling.
