JakaOn my second visit, I made sure I never ever meet him again. Another dentist (Malay Doc) at the clinic was great. She was patient and comforting.

Dr Ashley Lim suggested that I do a regular cleaning today since the service I was here for needed a review, sure. But during the process of cleaning I experienced great discomfort, and he did not stop to ask if I was ok or anything, he just kept going and going, all he did was say that my gum was severely inflamed which did not make the situation any more comforting. Definitely do not recommend, my friend recommended another dentist that was at the branch, should have requested for her instead. Proceed with your own risk of feeling great discomfort the whole time.

Price not really competitive and clinic seems slightly run down in mall. Needed to take x ray and was asked to bite something while Machine didn’t work and they kept trying while I was in odd uncomfy for 10 minutes before they confirmed machine can’t work. Subsequently wanted book specialist for wisdom surgery, called call centre and CS kept calling clinic to check (while I hold the line) and keep asking me go back to specialist dentist recommended despite telling them prefer nearby clinic as it takes 1.5 hour to travel to THAT specialist. Been to few places for scaling and this one does kinda sloppy job.

Dr Bryant Tay is simply awesome! Patient, Pro, skillful, assuring and best of all, ultra sensitive towards the sensitivity of patient’s teeth n pain levels. Not forgetting the fact that he actually took my case eventhough i was 15mins late and eating into his dinner break. Today was d 1st time in years that I felt almost zero pain while getting my filling done.(its a mega hole that’s v near the nerve) I was ready to face pain from hell but Dr Bryant changed my fate. 5 mins into the drilling, I realised my beast mode was uncalled for. *seriously NO HORSE RUN! I should have filmed the process n throw it on TIK TOK… that’s how legit awesome he really is.
Q&M shall be my go-to dental center because of dentists like Dr Tay. Thanks for unprecedented tooth treatment care n concern foryantyour patients.
I never believed in leaving reviews, but had a really good experience at Jurong Point Q&M with Dr Ng Kah Hui.
She did a scaling & polishing for me, and was very thorough and meticulous. I had no pain, compared to my previous experiences which were painful, rough and made me delay going to the dentist.
She also recommended xrays to check for any decay and explained the xray results clearly and reassuringly. She was very patient with all my queries and answered all of them.
I highly recommend anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist to look for her. Kudos, Dr Ng!
Dr Ng Kah Hui would patiently explain details and only recommend necessary treatments. She is one of the rare conscientious dentist every patient hopes to meet. 🙂
It was a pleasant experience today. Dr Bryant & assistant (didn’t manage to get her name) were very friendly. If you’re someone afraid of going to the dentist, request for Dr Bryant, he’s very gentle and checks in throughout the whole scaling process if you’re feeling comfortable. Rozita at the counter was also very helpful in helping me change my appointment time.
Dr Ng Kah Hui is meticulous in her cleaning and does it in an efficient way. Thanks for the fuss-free experience!
