2 weeks agoHad pleasant first experience here with a lady dentist. However my second time was a totally different thing. Contacted the clinic for some regular check up and was told that I can just walk in. When I came was told the doctor was seeing another patient and was told to come around 3-4 hours later? If I were to to waste my time waiting, I’m better off with a government dental clinic. Please improve your receptionists’ communication with your patients. I’d be happy to schedule an appointment if need be, but I’m not amending my prior scheduled engagements so as to suit your timing and schedule. I’ve better things to do with my time. It is safe to assume that you’ve just lost one customer.2 months agoYesterday Dr Baihaqi extracted a wisdom tooth that had been causing me grief on and off for over a decade. I said to him that he is a genius. Other dentists in the US, where I had been living previously, insisted only surgery can get rid of this tooth given its complex root system. One did try to extract, but ended up reattaching it, causing me a lot of pain, not to mention trauma. In the meantime filling after filling fell out until not much is left if it. Then part of it broke. But still the stubborn tooth would not budge. Enter Dr B. He studied the x ray, diagnosed the condition that he says is rare, came up with a strategy, said the procedure would take half an hour, and in 15 minutes, while I was still bracing myself for an onslaught of pain, he said DONE. 24 hours later I am still pain free. If that is not genius, then I don’t know what is. I would give him 10 stars if I could. So to anyone who needs a dentist, Dr Baihaqi is the man.4 months agoOverall is excellent, Doctor very friendly and patience! Price reasonable ??2 years agoI love my experience with the specialist for my braces, dr. Ahmad.. He is always polite, energetic, and warm with his customers. And I strongly believe that he often provide guidance to as where the procedures is going to be and why it takes place. I also notice his precision in his work, which reduce and ease a lot of comfort during the process. As well his price of consultation is way too worth it compared to other clinics. Was very satisfied. Looking forward for the end results from my treatment with Dr. Ahmad. Definitely a doctor that provide the best in his line for each patient8 months agoI truly fear dentists. However, services by Dr Baihaqi was excellent. He understands and made is painless as possible. Fast, painless, professional. Alhamdullilah…

My first time coming here was a an exceptional experience. I came in as suggested by my MIL. 4 of my sisters went for their braces and other services as well. The lady doctor whom attended me was very thoughtful, attentive and shared alot about the process. I had my scalling & it was the most pleasant process ever. The staffs were also nice and warm.
