a month agoHad a pleasant visit to JK Dental. Dr June helped my 8 year old son to do filling. She’s patient and explained the procedure to help him feel more relaxed and calm. All in all, it was a tearless, fuss free and smooth treatment. Thanks Dr June and team for giving good impressions to the kids about dentistry, that it’s not so scary after all. Definitely recommending to friends and family.a week agoHad a pleasant visit here with my 19 month old toddler. Dr Soh is very gentle and also gave us advice on how to take care of my baby teeth better. The Dr. very gentle while treat me, soft & explain thoroughly about my wisdom tooth problem. The staff also well trained & good manners to their customer. Overall 100 satisfied with the service.10 months agoRecommended few teammates & friends who are afraid of dental treatment to this place. Never disappoint so far. Dr June attended to them and they were happy.Today my turn for xray & extraction with Dr Nicholas. Smooth amazing experience. Dr Nicholas explained every detail carefully, while Ain ensure that I feel comfortable throughout the extraction.

She treat patient friendly and willing to explain the process, details and risk, allows patient to make informed decisions about treatment options. Most important, she performed the surgery very well, the wound was beautiful and leads to quick and painless recovery. Appreciate for meeting such great doctor!3 weeks agoI have to admit that I was terrified about getting a root canal. Though I knew it was necessary, I was hesitant about showing up to the appointment. Previous: This is a subsidiary of Ooi & Khor Dental. Rating was 5 but went down to 2, primary reason is poor customer service. You could at least text and get my confirmation before you reschedule and this is not the first time you postpone this appointment. You should have some consideration for patient who travel from Kajang just for this appointment.
a year agochildren playground instead of dental clinic. kids run about…chasing each other, on the couch on the floor. the mother just watch instead of advise them to behave. wonder is doctor’s children or patient’s one…7 months agoHad my braces done here with Dr KaiRou. She is humble and patiently explains the procedures and progress on every visitis. Highly recommended.

Had my first braces appointment today and it all went smooth. The doctors and staff are all so friendly and a painless experience for me. The doctors are so gentle and nice. Also thanks to Ms Sabrina for being so friendly and brief me all the procedure. Ms Sabrina is also very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. A very reasonable price for SL braces and definitely the best choice.
I got my 1st braces appointment here. The environment of the clinic really good, the staff are really friendly especially Ms Sabrina since my 1st appointment was really nice and easy because of her. Contact the clinic on 2/1 and I got my braces on 3/1. Recommended to anyone that want a nice, easy and fast services
Can’t wait to complete braces services at here and don’t want longer to be a customer here due to bad customer service. Feel regret choose this clinic, seem like i do a wrong decision. Doctor service is all good, only front staff really need to improve the skill how to deal with patient and customer. Maybe lack of monitoring causes of staff are not well entertain and giving good hospitality.
