Previous: This is a subsidiary of Ooi & Khor Dental. Rating was 5 but went down to 2, primary reason is poor customer service. You could at least text and get my confirmation before you reschedule and this is not the first time you postpone this appointment. You should have some consideration for patient who travel from Kajang just for this appointment.

children playground instead of dental clinic. kids run about…chasing each other, on the couch on the floor. the mother just watch instead of advise them to behave. wonder is doctor’s children or patient’s one…

Had my braces done here with Dr KaiRou. She is humble and patiently explains the procedures and progress on every visitis. Highly recommended.

  1. Done get my braces from the first appointment. The treatment and customer service are the best.. Very friendly staff, smooth process and excellent doctor! Very satisfied with the service overall. I consulted with Sabrina and she telling me all the information about braces and how to take care of them. Thank you so much ?

  2. Had my first braces appointment today and it all went smooth. The doctors and staff are all so friendly and a painless experience for me. The doctors are so gentle and nice. Also thanks to Ms Sabrina for being so friendly and brief me all the procedure. Ms Sabrina is also very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. A very reasonable price for SL braces and definitely the best choice.

  3. I got my 1st braces appointment here. The environment of the clinic really good, the staff are really friendly especially Ms Sabrina since my 1st appointment was really nice and easy because of her. Contact the clinic on 2/1 and I got my braces on 3/1. Recommended to anyone that want a nice, easy and fast services

  4. Can’t wait to complete braces services at here and don’t want longer to be a customer here due to bad customer service. Feel regret choose this clinic, seem like i do a wrong decision. Doctor service is all good, only front staff really need to improve the skill how to deal with patient and customer. Maybe lack of monitoring causes of staff are not well entertain and giving good hospitality.
