a month agoHere, the dentist female doctor, and her dental cleaning skills are excellent, which I really like. It’s much more refined compared to private clinics outside. I don’t understand the mindset of those who criticize the receptionists or complain about the appointment sequence. The dental nurses here are very patient with children. The dentists are truly professional.If, for the sake of appointments or reception service, someone gives only two or three stars, I would ask you to reflect on whether the dentist has harmed your teeth. Is UTC Dental Clinic expensive? Why can’t we be content? Why pull the review rating so low and mislead patients who genuinely need these dental services? Human nature is quite frightening; I truly hope such things don’t happen in Sarawak!
2 months agoI read these reviews and braced myself for bad service. But I met a nurse at the lift bank and she courteously showed me where the klinik is. The check in counter staff was friendly and eager to serve. Maybe I lucked out, maybe they read these reviews and decided to improve? Either way I hope this continues.5 months agoAppointment this round very hard as it has to be done via MySejahtera unlike last time via WhatsApp only direct. Perhaps KKM should come up strategy to ease the public making appointment especially on dental cleaning teeth only as it has been advisable to do it 6 months to 1 year but if we keep on waiting on slot mysejahtera the dates would be dragged on and on delay and it will not achieve patient’s wish to clean their teeth 6 months to 1 year. Kindly KKM take note on this and rectify.2 years agoI went to extract a loose tooth on 29/5/21. The doctors there were very courteous, very caring and very thoughtful; they have the heart of medical angels. However the fat lady nurse there assisting Dr. Lim L Y was so rude with a very bad mouth! She simply can’t live if she cannot vent her ill-tempered manner onto the patients. She is a devil in medical uniform. I have never met a bad nurse like her before in my entire life. I hope her highest superior reprimand her and transfer her to very remote area so that she won’t keep tarnishing the good name of Klinik Pergigian UTC.10 months agonobody in the clinic but the medical assistant said they got lot of patients. when i ask for the dental service one of the MA laugh to her colleague, treat people look so stupid.

4 months agothis is my first time visit to this dental clinic . dr jane is very good , nice and patience . staff at reception counter also very polite .will make my next appt with them again .2 months agoThe best so far.. friendly staff and Dr.. will come again ❤️❤️a year agoHighly recommended! Reception – very good, Service – Excellent and professional care by both dentist and her assistant.Considering many factors such as its location which is in town, equipments, the experiences as well as the skills acquired by the dentists, I think the price is okay even though it may seem expensive.
Dentist readily gave advice as needed and explained the procedures she would undertake . Hygiene- high standards. I did not experience any delays. i will come back here because of their outstanding service!
Lastly, they have dentists with different specialities , I was attended to by one Dr Masyitah.
Best team, best Doctor! Couldnt recommend any better clinic than this. All the expert Doctor under 1roof
2 years agoService is good. But not my cup of tea. I come for a consultation and consultation only but somehow it end up me doing dental filling. Quite hard to explain your problem and have proper consultation when your already sitting on the operation table pointed by the light and 3 people in full Ppe surround you. Nevertheless, keep up the good work. Cheers2 years agoMy first time here, bring my ASD 6 yo child for check up and they didn’t charge me single cent as the tooth has no problem actually. Definitely will come again for regular tooth checkup here. The staff are all friendly and the environment is very good

Best and cheapest service
Balit Beraya Hajj with parents, so on Monday I took the opportunity to check the teeth of 2 of my daughter’s children.. I went to the registration counter at 9.30 in the morning.. people were really crowded.. after waiting for an hour.. the children’s names were entered. .I feel like making an appointment with MySejahtera to check my teeth.. It’s OK, bro.. but DO I HAVE TO TELL KAMEK TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR HIM TO INVITE???
I was told to make appointment on the mysejahtera app. But i can never access it. There’s no clinic on the app when i search. The clinic staff said i gotta check it every day. If there’s a slot, it will open. WTH!! What’s the point of making an appointment then. Every time i go in, I can’t search for it ?
The service attitude is bad and slow. There are several people at the front desk but they just don’t serve you. It sucks.
