If, for the sake of appointments or reception service, someone gives only two or three stars, I would ask you to reflect on whether the dentist has harmed your teeth. Is UTC Dental Clinic expensive? Why can’t we be content? Why pull the review rating so low and mislead patients who genuinely need these dental services? Balit Beraya Hajj with parents, so on Monday I took the opportunity to check the teeth of 2 of my daughter’s children.. I went to the registration counter at 9.30 in the morning.. people were really crowded.. after waiting for an hour.. the children’s names were entered. .I feel like making an appointment with MySejahtera to check my teeth.. It’s OK, bro.. but DO I HAVE TO TELL KAMEK TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR HIM TO INVITE???
I was told to make appointment on the mysejahtera app. But i can never access it. There’s no clinic on the app when i search. The clinic staff said i gotta check it every day. If there’s a slot, it will open. WTH!! What’s the point of making an appointment then. Every time i go in, I can’t search for it ?
The service attitude is bad and slow. There are several people at the front desk but they just don’t serve you. It sucks.
