Had an appointment today. Overall process is smooth. Advised to come at least 30min earlier because u need to line up before they let u into the clinic, and there’s also the registration process for first-timers.
Honestly was a bit nervous when I reach there, but my attending lady doctor is friendly, knowledgeable, & skillful. I feel safe & comfortable throughout the consultation & extraction process. She explained everything clearly. And the best thing is, the extraction process is ✨painless✨.
Will definitely come here again for my next dental session. ?
I manage to come on 29th March 2023 at morning 6.50am, q no.3 , cos last time when I come at 9am, staff told me no more no.,have to walk in early…
Around 7.35am, staff allow us to go upstairs and waiting , is quite hot ? at the staircase waiting til 8am.
I’m the 1st one, they call me in at 8.30am.

Is it normal after washing process all my gum bleeding?Feel this dentist so rough..only can do washing for 1st time ..ask to walk in again if want to fix the tooth cavities .
Come 8.30 got no 68. Wait almost 4 hour just to get check and no treatment. Excuses given is if want treatment must come 7.30 and get number before 65. 4 hour wasted, what a joke
Very bad attitude of the staffs at reception and counter. Only busy gossip among or playing with their phones, ignoring patients requests and enquiries. They are giving you rude face and malas nak layan attitude. Don’t sit at reception if you don’t know how to talk
