  The clinic doesn’t have good ventilation as it doesn’t support the air-conditioner and they do not open more fan nor an air conditioner due to their ‘BUSY-NESS’. The time consultation/treatment is so long for 1 patient. We understand that it is based on the case by case. However, it really took longer time as only 1 doctor in operation. And I think in festive like this, time consultation should be improved and also the other department management in this clinic. The consultation took less than 5 mins but the waiting hour is more than an hour. The registration team is not doing well and unfriendly. The registration team of the clinic should informed clearer or make a sign in front for the patient to see clearly regarding the covid-19 regulations especially for the elders. They cannot provide clear instructions and more chairs, the double treatment from the registration team is so unfair because the patient before got clear instruction and even being assisted to do the covid test. In overall for more than an hour to be treat and complete the whole process, it is totally unacceptable and wasting time. Maybe clinic can improve on the management of clinic. On technical side, i think the clinic is doing well due to 23 hours, but the services provided is really bad based on my experience. Maybe others has a good experience. But for me, it is bad. Really hope clinic can improved more.

  Thank you for the best experience by the friendly staff and the Dr. It didn’t take a long time, even during peak hour, really glad they were fast with the service. Fast service, less pain. Recommended!
