Come here yesterday bcoz my kid have fever. Very comfy place & it open include holiday (labor day). Price? Umm mybe reasonable. My kid was gived some gas, vitamin & some medicine. Cost me around rm155. If doc offer to give vitamin, u can tell to exclude that. Overall the doc very concern & explain ur child condition.
I visited for the good reviews they had, turned out to be a disappointing one.
Reached the clinic, and it was closed for “covid sanitisation” , even though there wasn’t any form of cleaning happening. One receptionist was sitting.
Eventually went in after they opened, registered and waited for 40mins. Doctor was not there, no updates or apologies from the assistants who were present there.
They called after I left and mentioned doctor has reached, I told I have left.
If you’re visiting this clinic for urgent care, might as well skip it as the time they have provided is not followed and they don’t provide any updates while you’re there.
Definitely some must have had good experiences here, then please drop them a call and confirm the time doctor will reach, based on my experience WALK-IN’s are not recommended at all.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was also very impressed with the doctor. I would not hesitate to return if needed and would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.
I dont understand why certain people leaving reviews without actually getting treated and attended by the doctors and nurses in this clinic. Ive went to this clinic for light-headedness a week ago, the doctor and staffs that attended me were very attentive and caring about my current health. Even when i vomited they were still beside me handling me in that situation with lots of care without hesitation. During registration itself the nurses alerted doctor immediately and attended me asap. Im so very grateful for that. I would definitely come again if needed and highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family. (Shoutout to Dr Hemma for explaining every details during consultation. Worth my consultation fee, and thank you staffs for explaining each and every medications cleary and never hesitate to clarify with doctors if i ever have questions regarding the meds.)
I have been to this clinic for few times. The staffs were friendly. Dr. Hemma and the staffs took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and provide clear explanations about my diagnosis and treatment options. The doctor also demonstrated genuine compassion and empathy, which helped alleviate my anxiety. They always made sure I felt comfortable and supported, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. Thank you for your kind and excellent services.
