a month agoBy far the best clinic I’ve ever been to in the Penang Island. Doctor Taufik is very knowledgable and the nurses and staffs (Kirthu, Thawam, Noor) are all very kind. Would definitely recommend!4 months agoI came here many when I have health problem. I like their service specially the doctor who checking me up . And the staff are friendly and soft spoken thanks to Kirthu, Faesah And Thanam for helping us. Excellent service….. And highly recommend….4 weeks agoI went here to ask for MC as I was positive for covid-19 self test and the Dr refuse to give me eventho I says I need it for my work. I went to a different clinic and they gave me MC without much hassle. I also ask for a resit as I was using skim perubatan madani so that I will know how much balance I have left, which again they refuse to give. The service is just not good overall. Totally not recommended.2 weeks agoWe came here at 8.20pm. It’s 9.50pm and we are still here. The people working here are playing around and not taking patients seriously. Yes, doctor is good but it will take forever to see the doctor and get medication.3 weeks agoI came to this clinic with zero expectations but the clinic staff and Drs are amazing especially Dr Taufik. I was politely greeted by Dr Taufik, made me comfortable and answered all my questions without any hesitation. He listens to your problem very patiently

2 months agoVery good clinic with great efficient staffa year agoThe doctor is good, but the attitude of speaking is not good. I went to see a doctor in the middle of work because I had a headache and felt nauseous. As soon as you go in and tell her, I have a headache, she directly asks: you want to take sick leave today? It’s clearly shown that she suspected I’m here to cheat for sick leave. I understand, maybe there’s a lot of people lied to you for this reason. But please have basic respect, because some people really have a headache and can’t work or sleep. It’s really unfair to who is really sick.3 months agoRude Doctor. Dont come if you’re very sick and cant sit here hours to wait. Terrible waiting time. If Doctor returns at 330 then open at 330 la, why let people wait since 230. Left 10+ patients waiting inside without doctor to attend. The waiting area got no AC installed as well. Everyone was sweating, it was a living hell for me.
In phone call background very noise with radio sound, can’t hear clearly, some more register counter radio sound bigger than counter girl. Crazy radio close it , sound like pasar.make me headache when dispensary give medicine I also canot listen clearly when I take medicine to my mum. Pls stop ur radio. Thanks
Doctor was late and make everyone wait for him. Besides, he spent 25min to consult a patient. Don’t ever come if you are in urgent
My gratitude to the doctor in charge for the prompt diagnosis of my father‘s heart attack which saves his life! A detailed and thorough assessment with relevant investigation was done.
Very good doctor, the only drawback is super long queue and long waiting time. Anyway, long queue doesn’t warrant a 1 star. If you are looking for a 5 minute to 1 hour waiting time clinic. Than this is not suitable clinic for you to come to. The doctor will spend around 15min to 25 min per patient. most of the time he have a short break and a quick lunch.
