4 months agoOverall this clinic is awesome for their service and friendliness.i came for a ME checkup for insurance and they treated me very well and all is done with ease3 months agoVery friendly and kindly staff, good skill of blood drawing. Fast procedure. They also provide best and Good explanation (especially Kakak Counter). Overall it was a good experience here. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family members.4 weeks agoWorst attitude receptionists. Not a friendly and good customer service. Even you come for urgent case as asthma, still they won’t borther you at all. For them all is sick asthma is not a big matter in this clinic. I my self run away to other clinic for the asthma pump. Not first time encounter the worst attitude of the staff there. Almost everytime no body is going to correct them, if we told them to please give a good customer service they will be ready to fight with you. They such terrible2 months agoThis clinic doesn’t even deserve one star. Dr ordered to do urine test then the CA asked to reuse the same container which was washed and kept at hand wash place. The result shows positive for infection. The same day I went to another clinic to repeat this test the result were came out negative. So dumb the CA. They are concerning about stock storage but not bother about patient’s health…I will make a complaint.a month agoDoctors and staffs good but depends on your lucks too. Yesterday come everybody was very nice.. today come everyone like never get paid on time.

Thanks Dr Muruga and Haziq for taking good care of me. I was visiting the country and fell ill with a terrible sore throat midway of the trip. I went online and found this local clinic nearby. So glad I gave it a try. The doctor and the receptionist at this place were were super professional and friendly. They explained everything well and logically to me and made me feel at ease. After taking the med prescribed by Dr Muruga I recovered fully after a day or 2. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is a rare find in JB!
Went on a Saturday afternoon, no queue. Had my ear wax stuck problem fixed and antibiotics for ear infection as well. Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist Haziq. Doctor Ezzatul carefully diagnosed the situation and eventually removed the earwax by irrigation. Able to request doctor’s memo for company claims. Definitely recommended!
Receptionist Kak Su and doctor has been very helpful especially when I’m going through so much pain which effected my mental health. Thanks so much for helping me in ease my worries especially and suggesting me a way to cure my pain.
