I went there today due to my son got fever.. few minutes after registration, the lady with no smile took his weight and ask “sakit apa” even I already told her that he got fever.. duhhhhh ??!!!
Then she asked me is this him (by showing the medical card name Harith Haziq!)
So I told her NO that is not him..
Then we waited outside thought that she would call us to see the doctor. Instead she call another patient that came after us.. Then we waited again, it’s still the same.. she call another patient!!! I got so piss off and I got up went to the counter asked them to return the medical card.. Then I left the clinic and I swear that I will never ever go there again!!!!! I went to clinic Lee & Surgeri.. here the service was excellent ??
I have skin allergy problem (atopic dermatitis)
. Doctor Koo solve it by giving me an antibiotic cream instead of strong steroid. Changing fee is normal RM50 compare to those skin specialist who will simply cost you around RM300+ per visit.
2nd time did my Covid-19 test for work (1st for PCR, 2nd for rtk-Ag). Very easy procedure starting from registration to payment and test itself. Recommended!
My fav clinic whenever my child is sick. Doc was very friendly & nice. They even explain in details whatever u want to know & also really good attending kids. The medicine also make my child really quick recovery. Tqvm =)
The nurse is very not professional, came to the clinic around 5.20pm because my 5 months old baby is having fever. The nurse say they are preparing to close at 6pm. Ask us come back again tomorrow morning.
How can they tell baby with fever to wait overnight?!
