a week agoThe best clinic in terms of hospitality and thoroughness in treating your problem2 months agoI took my son to Klinik Utama attending Dr Ariffin was very professional and diligent with my sons treatment. Immediately addressing the problem and administering the right treatment of nebuliser and medication which help my son to ease on his breathing difficulties. Dr also went extra mile to recommend to bring him back if problem reoccur also suggest immediate admission to hospital if the problem persist His advise helped alot my son is feeling much better. Really recommend this Klinik for fast and professional treatment. TQa month agoMy daughter was not well immediate attention was given. Doctor was so polite gave us a clear explanation on the symptoms. Don’t you hate it when a doctor belittles you and corrects the explanation of your symptoms because apparently she knows your symptoms better than you? Well that’s what happened to me with the lady doctor that works here. Sorry to say but I had the worst experience here. Not only did I wait an hour just to see her, but she only gave me a medicine that I can easily buy at the pharmacy. She refused to do any further check-up on me, didn’t want to take my blood test, because apparently there’s nothing wrong with me? Excuse you, sorry my fever and the inability to walk and do daily activities because of my nausea and dizziness mean nothing to you. Sorry for the rants, hope your experience here is better than mine.
The Indian Female Doctor is good in criticizing the patients just like the comment below, just because she knows more than you.
Dr Chan, please train and select a good doctor to serve the patients, we are here to seek for help, not to argue with the doctor just because we are not as familiar with the disease as the doctor does. TQ

The doctor I encountered was Dr Ng (female doctor) which I find myself like a fool when seeking treatment from her. Totally understand that doctor prescribe the medication but when a patient ask further questions – please answer it like how a human being should be treated. Doctors who think they are above us *jeez you win*
I never read any review here but yes, the indian doctor is the “terpaling” doctor here. Claim charges for “CONSULT & MEDICATION” but no any consult, just medicine i can easily buy from any other pharmacy. Wayyy cheaper! Sit down and i have to tell everything without check on me. I have bad back pain and sore throat. She not even look at me. By the time i ask for medical cert, she said that i have no manner and rude bla bla bla. Ayo! Then you think i have to put my knees on you to get my MC la? Just tell me if you dont want to give any MC. Then why i walk into your clinic if you are not going to even consult and give me any medical cert? Who have no manner here? Lol, 3 times i’d been consult by doctor Chan everything is good. But this time, this lady doctor make me changed my mind. No KLINIK MEDIVIRON KOTA KEMUNING after this. Poor customer service, poor manner. How can she even being a doctor?
I come today 12.1.2023. Some indian doctor so rude. Will complaint her on sispa. Just you wait
