Excellent service!! Highly recommend… The staff are friendly and the doctor also very professional .. i never been so comfortable inside a clinic.. but since they are very kind and sweet i made myself comfortable.. even they are good with children.. and affordable price for a private clinic ..

1st time when i was visited this clinic, i was happy with this clinic services. I ask the doctor if my condition (ear ringing) does not get any better, what should i do, and the doctor said need to visit here again. So the 2nd time i visited this clinic, and i told the doctor my ear ringing problem still not improve, the doctor told me to go to the specialist hospital, and the doctor gave me a letter to give to the specialist hospital. I was like “duh” why the doctor does not telling me from the earlier if my condition does not get any better, just go to the specialist instead visited to this clinic again. The doctor checked my right ear and… that’s it. Does not gave any treatment, does not gave any medicine, and i paid rm 70 for that. I felt like i was being ripped off. Wasting my time, wasting my money
Lesson I learned today. Autistic children need to be put to sleep if mau kasi sunat. The circumcision procedure is tough for them. I gave 4 stars because they made me take a day off to bring my son there utk sunat when I clearly explained his condition on the phone. Btw the staff are very friendly and helpful.?
Friendly and helpful staff but the male doctor however made me regret my decision to take my son for Circumcision there. Instead of helping to calm my son, he yelled at him for crying. We had to go through the procedure as my son was already on the first anesthesia jab. Circumcision are mostly for kids, doctors should be trained and have compassion for them. If doctors doesn’t know how to handle kids, best to find a different career choice that he’s good at. It was traumatizing for my son though I’ve already convinced him and prepared him for two months before the procedure. If i could turn back time i wouldve walked out. Cant trust the reviews nowadays
Service is tip top, staff are all friendly , highly recommended. Thank you Dr Ruhaizad and all the Clinic staff of Klinik Sabah….
