❌ Couldn’t find my account on Health Connect. Need to pay cash or card. No problem. ❌ After consultation, I was prescribed antibiotic and wasn’t given until I asked. Told me there will be extra charges if I add antibiotic. I wasn’t even bargaining for discount ? ❌ Bank transfer the payment, was asked to send my receipt via WhatsApp to anumber. The numb is invalid. I asked the nurse to just snap a picture. She scared the payment wasn’t wired. I showed her the green tick and I don’t mind waiting for them to check if the payment is through. After seconds of considerations, they said no need. Anyhow, you have my contact, address and ID. ❌ about to exit, my invoice and mc aren’t there. Again, need to request.
Saw their motto on their uniform, “being human, being different”,human made mistakes. Hope you can buckle up and be better.
Highly recommended ! Visited few weeks ago to my PCR test . Booked a drive thru appointment via WhatsApp and the process was so quick and easy . The doctor and nurses followed the sop well and made the entire swab test easier for us . Within less than 48 hours received our result via WhatsApp as well . Totally hassle free and the price is affordable as well.
Highly recommended! Exellent service provided by the Poliklinik Sinar team.Last two weeks, I did my PCR test ( drive thru only)at their clinic. It was so hassle free and affordable. Appointment can be book via whatapps, payment via online and the process was very quick and easy. I received my results report via whatapps in less than 19 hrs.Amazing ?It was really fast and efficient service that they had provide to the customer. Customer services staff also friendly.??
I think the doctor should not hide behind the wall and come out to tell a patient if the rules don’t allow consultation. By having a minor sore throat..which was not the main reason for my visit..I was declined. Furthermore I have done a home test prior to visit( negative) and I don’t hv fever, flu and etc. Front desk reception was also not friendly, no empathy. Don’t register me if you feel I will be decline. Wasted time for registration despite knowing the info earlier.
Clinic is good. The Doctor is good and price is reasonable.
Only thing i noticed is, few patients are coming in to the clinic without mask. Their staff just ignored. The Management and the Front Desk have to be sensitive to this matter – no mask no entry to their patients. We are not a Covid free country yet.
I’ll keep this simple. Poliklinik Sinar became my regular spot for check up lately. Professional Doctor, friendly staff and you might get a chance to meet the owner. Very helpful and service oriented people with a reasonable fee.
