JakaWaiting time – BLOODY LONG, its at night, even when they had to give the meds, still took a long time. There arent that many patients so idk whats the issue.

5 months agoIf I could, I rate 0 for this clinic. Terrible service. I waited here for 40mins & had 2 people cut my queue. Asked them why, turns out they forgot to key in my name into the system. Fine. Then it only make sense I’ll be the next in line. I waited for another good long 20 mins & asked them again if I were the next & they said no, I’m back to the end of the queue?.!. Does this even make sense. You already forgotten to key in my name into the system in the 1st place & you expect me to wait again at the back of the queue? What terrible arrangement is this. I would probably die before I see the doctor.10 months agothe dr and asisstant here are very kind ? i owe them alot. the dr especially is very attentive and helpful to patient. best clinic in town ☺️4 months agoWent there on 22 Aug 2023, wait for more than half an hours still cannot see doctor. The Chinese doctor is on medical leave and the replacement doctors is very slow. I had ask the nurse for few times when is my turn, yet they not answering me6 months agoTested +ve with covid and my company asked for MC. Use Doctor Anywhere app and was assist by Dr Lau Kian Weng. Very good explanation and dr understand my concerns. Thank youa year agoI like Dr Wan. Very friendly and experienced. The staff are friendly too. Do inform prior to registration if this is your panel clinic. Medication and consultation slightly on the higher price but nothing is cheap these days.

This is my first time experience. I went to the clinic due to food poisoning. The consultation is thorough and the examination is specific. I was attended by Dr Nor Aisyah Binti Ayob. Dr. made detail inquiry. Thank you so much. We really satisfied with the service. The clinic is super clean, kids friendly. The price is reasonable.
Great detailed explanation by Dr Yazmeen, the dr is very professional and caring towards patient’s needs and made me feel at ease. Clinic has a calm environment and staff are also very friendly. Highly recommended.
