I went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday for dinner for the first time. Of course it’s best to go by making a reservation especially for a big crowd of 12 pax. They suggested for us to go for 2 sets of family beef set. The taste and cooking doesn’t disappoint us. Two waiters served us very well. We were happy with their service. Very professional. So, this won’t be our last visit. Definitely will come back again. I do recommend this place. Now, we’ve found our new Halal Korean BBQ spot ?

It was my first time here & I’m definitely going back for more! The food was incredible (both main dishes & the unlimited side dishes). We had the Family Set for 3 people which filled us up more than we thought it would. Pleasant service by one of the servers, Imran, who we had a friendly chat with as he grilled the beef to perfection.

I definitely recommend HAN if you want to experience an upscale, high-quality kbbq with an amazing atmosphere. Worth every ringgit spent 🙂

This is my 5th visit and the food and service have always been consistently good. We had BBQ, seafood pancake, short rib soup, beef bibimbap and yuzu ice cream to end the meal. The staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed everything including the banchans.

Excellent Korean bbq (ordered the family set – really tasty beef belly and marinated ribs but average lamb chop and boneless short ribs) where you can request the waiter for table side grill service. Side dishes and other food items such as japchae are delicious as well. Nice beautiful ambience with private room available for larger group.

    1. It is supposed to be fine dining Korean food but at the same time lacked any authenticity & soup about it.

It’s always 15% occupancy here, every time, all the time.

A tad pricey & have tested better food elsewhere.

    2. Food: 3/5
Oxtail soup was completely tasteless, don’t order this.
The kimchi pancake was light and good.
Limited selection of side dishes but they were quality items.

      Service: 2/5
Waiters were nice but severely inattentive
They were often seen grouping in certain areas yet we had to really put in effort to get their attention for any requests.

      Ambiance:
Nice ambiance with high ceiling. The place is quiet which I heard is the norm. If you like quiet atmospheres this could be a good place to consider with clients, despite the mediocre food level.

      Overall I’d give it a 3/5

    3. As i have tasted pavilion Hansang before at 8th floor, i have high expectations for this restaurant. The bibimbap and kimchi fried rice at this retaurant is not flavourful and it is so disapppointed.

The ambience is nice but Hansang has set a high standard of korean food to me. The crew should just visit and tasted the food in Hansang for once.

    4. I’ve been visiting this Korean restaurant since 12 years ago. I usually visit this restaurant on weekdays so I can take their set lunch promo.

I always order the same thing- bibimbap beef with grilled beef ribs, iced green tea / corn tea as well as sikhye. It also comes with at least 4 refillable sides.

For so many years, the food quality is fresh and consistent. I’m happy with the price inflation in order to help them maintain the same standard.

I usually enjoy solo lunch and the service staff never make you feel out of place, super attentive.

    5. Everything was good except that they charged us RM5/glass of warm water and claimed it was mineral water (Spritzer) when asked. Didn’t see any evidence of mineral water because they refilled water using a pot. Most Korean restaurants give complimentary water. Food was good, service was attentive and ambience was good. Just this kept it from full marks.
