PRO: – Is nearby and convenient.
– All the detergent & softener are provided.
CON:
– Dryer is not hot enough to dry the cloth even loaded less than half & untwisted during half way. Had tried many other place but didn’t have these problem.
– No doubt it dthe dryer has anti-crease function but all the clothing and bedsheet twisted together after dried.
– Folding table area surrounded by all the dryers are VERY hot without a single fan. The owner just use the ventilation fan fixed inside the office to absorb the aircon from office to act as a fan which seems like a very stingy way.
Had highlighted all the above to the person in charge(maybe owner) but she didnt accept the comment & claimed that only me who complaint about it but no other.
Clean place and 5 stars for the young staff – very helpful and friendly ??

Expensive! Smallest machine 12kg is rm6 now. Used to be rm3.
The current girl always disappeared, the service really cannot compete with the previous guy. That the reason I come here – service.
