7 months agoIt’s a public library under the government. Overall it’s nice. Not crowded, quiet, it’s basically clean and comfortable. There are also small playgrounds inside to accommodate the kids Besides maintenance, perhaps it needs to continue to upgrade to be one of the best, part of the modernization.2 months agoI thought library should be a quiet place, however there is a small playground for the kid in the library at ground floor. I think it shouldn’t be… The kids won’t play quietly. Especially during Saturday, some parents bring their kid to the library playground, I still can hear the kid laughing sound from the kid section even I was wearing a headphone and sit at first floor. I think the library management should take note on this.a year agoVery convenient place to do work. The airconds work perfectly. Don’t forget to bring your sweater. It’s so cold. Unlike the one belongs to MBI, Tun Razak library. The toilet is clean and scented. The prayer room is also clean and cold. Telekung is provided. The ablution place is inside the prayer room. Good good. The food at the cafe is so cheap and delicious (but got not many choices. RM5 (Refer to the pic). As a person who is not picky about food, it will be good then. Also, breast feeding room is availble to moms. There’s kids space, got playground in there. I like it. Noice, toit.a year agoLove the place . Good table and there is also place to charge my phone at certain area. The air conditioning is very cold and the music is good. It is indeed a quiet place and there is also sufficient place to sit. Just only that there is no food sell at the canteen and need to call delivery myself. *take note :please wear appropriate clothes and no backpacks are allow (you will need to put outside if you bring back pack ?) Overall ,the place is enough for me to study .6 months agoFriendly staf and kids friendly .. they have special room for kids

Tun Razak Library is famous because of its location in the city centre. Although not the state library, it has a good following with library goers. Limited parking space but sufficient as it is patronized by students mostly. Strictly no using any of the power sockets for charging etcetera.
Love to be here.. Whole family can hang out with some reading.. Calm and peace place, facility here also good and well taken care..
Nothing much changed since I last visited this place during the early 2000s. However still the best in town to drop by to read books, do some research works. Fairly clean, cosy environment
The library should improved their system. Twice I met with “system down” @ wifi problem. Thus, I couldn’t borrow any book.
What a waste of petrol and time!
Free entrance. Bag needs to put behind counter before entering study area. Laptop is allowed. Level 5 got good view, I sit beside windows. It’s conducive place for focus/study/work. Plug was very high, need to bring extension.
Book loan wise, I went level 1 to check out some books, it’s very dusty, air-cond not working. Seems out of maintenance. ?
After studying, I had some walks out there.
There’s simple playground. But! There are Biawak over there ? (Komodo dragon)
*Plenty of free parking
