On the lowest ground of the Avenue K Shopping Mall. The exchange rate is a bit better here than in the Petronas Towers Mall
Poor service….you can try calling day in n out but nobody picks up the call. Sometimes we need to call to inquire if they have the stock of the desired currency or else may end up wasting time going there all the way n there is no stock.
Other money changers seem to be very prompt in answering phone calls.
Exchange rate was good. Fast and smooth transaction. Staff not very friendly
Maybe i just had bad luck with this …i tried to exchange 3 times, the guy working there is soooo slow so there is very often a line, when he is not working slow he is on break :)) Rates are definitely better in Bukit
My visit to Antara Duit Money Changer in Avenue K Shopping Mall was disappointing. The man behind the counter appeared uninterested and displayed unprofessional and rude work etiquette. Despite multiple inquiries, he didn’t even look at me. The poor communication skills left a negative impression, prompting me to leave without exchanging money. With numerous alternatives in the city, I don’t recommend this place to others due to the lack of professionalism and customer service.
