This is worst rude staff i hv ever met.this is my 1st n last stay here. I pray one day you will meet somebody that will treat you more bad than you treat me yesterday.

Room… No sound proove
Slow water
Parking pay rm2 per hour
Wifi on off most of the time off
Staff RUDE indian lady.guy staff is ok
No cheap eateries walking distance

Just stay away from this hotel. The receptionist, Anne is SO RUDE. Came at 2.30pm to check in and was told to come back at 3pm because our room is not ready. No apologies whatsoever and even threatened to cancel our booking when I asked more questions. Bad staff management on their end and caused inconvenience for customers. Sat in the lobby and a few minutes after, she gave us a room that was saved for the ‘boss and his family’. The room was NOT EVEN THAT CLEAN. NOISY. You can hear people talking. Parking in that area is RM2 per hour. Even if you are desperate, avoid this hotel. OYO is better.

Checking earlier than 2.30pm need a surcharge of RM30. Cannot leave your luggage as no place for safe keeping. ⁹

Indian lady staff is vey rude and not friendly plus not helpful at all when handling check in process . Did ask her how the process to park our car in the autopay premise since we have to pay she rudely replied with “ i dont know “ and mumbling with nonsense answer like , i will ask my boss to buy a lot of parking slot . You work there you should KNOW since you’re the frontliner of the company. Doesnt matter we have to pay or not but the reply from the staff is quite surprising me. They always reply with the “ this is the budget hotel “ HELLO , I stays in SUNWAY PYRAMID area at BUDGET HOTEL they also provide PARKING VOUCHER ya , even tho the hotel is used to hv a s3x for guest . If you dont like the job better quit .

Trust the reviews guys. There are many other hotels/air bnb’s worth your money. Came here sebab malas nak fikir after an impromtu trip, long drive, and dekat dengan my parents house.

  1. – never ever going to book this hotel again in my life.
    – booked this hotel in oyo apps but on the day we should check-in the receptionist said the room are fully booked. when asked the date of the room were booked. they dont want to tell their customer.
    – the customer service are also weak, always sleep and eat during us calling customer service instead of giving solution.
    – the refund hasn’t fully returned to us although it has more than a month since Fakhrul AKA Customer Service OYO promised the refund will be made within 2 weeks.

  2. Bad facility ever. Dont try to stay here with your family. Everything was not good, toilet leak, aircond not functioning well and many more.

  3. When I go out at 9.30 in the evening and come back, have to wait in the car until 1 midnight to get a parking space ! spent money but couldn’t go back to my room to rest.this is the worst hotel I ever stay

  4. So bad till nothing good can mention. Only normal good thing can mention about is…
    Counter staff quite helpful. Otherwise, room got no window, mold is everywhere, dusty but the floor is clean ?
    Restaurants nearby.
    If you are going to stay in this hostel, you should prepare your drinking water.

  5. Rooms – at their worst.
    Beds – Dirty.
    Bathroom – hanging loose n cannot be shut.
    Air con – good.
    Parking – very limited as its housing area.
    Service – OK no daily cleaning n replenishing, even upon request- bad
    Location – good
