Mr Chong is undoubtedly sporting and helpful regardless my cancellation of the booking room due to my personal reasons. I actually didn’t expect to get such warm hospitality from him and his assistant, a young man(Ah Liang?) as well after I had made the decision to cancel my booking. Honestly, I was really impressed of the excellent service they had provided to me.
It is definitely an unforgettable experience to meet such nice people even though I just dropped in the hotel for a short while.

– booked this hotel in oyo apps but on the day we should check-in the receptionist said the room are fully booked. when asked the date of the room were booked. they dont want to tell their customer.
– the customer service are also weak, always sleep and eat during us calling customer service instead of giving solution.
– the refund hasn’t fully returned to us although it has more than a month since Fakhrul AKA Customer Service OYO promised the refund will be made within 2 weeks.
Bad facility ever. Dont try to stay here with your family. Everything was not good, toilet leak, aircond not functioning well and many more.
When I go out at 9.30 in the evening and come back, have to wait in the car until 1 midnight to get a parking space ! spent money but couldn’t go back to my room to rest.this is the worst hotel I ever stay

Counter staff quite helpful. Otherwise, room got no window, mold is everywhere, dusty but the floor is clean ?
Restaurants nearby.
If you are going to stay in this hostel, you should prepare your drinking water.
Rooms – at their worst.
Beds – Dirty.
Bathroom – hanging loose n cannot be shut.
Air con – good.
Parking – very limited as its housing area.
Service – OK no daily cleaning n replenishing, even upon request- bad
