– The hotel location is awesome and is surrounded by Chinatown with all of its fun and delicious activities.
– Room size was acceptable in our case for room 308.
– The bed was comfortable to sleep on.
– Window curtains blocked out most of the light for sleeping.
– The room looked pretty clean.
– The staff were very nice.
– Our room had a nice balcony view of the surrounding streets and shops. I have read that there are quite a few rooms here that are much smaller with no windows.

Our stay here was amazing! We booked 4 nights at this hotel and really wish we’d booked it for the entirety of our trip, just hadn’t booked early enough.
We arrived a couple of hours early, the gentleman at the desk was so helpful in being able to place our luggage in a secure room whilst we went to explore the area and kill time till we could check in. When we returned, the lady at the desk was so lovely in helping us retrieve our luggage and finishing the check-in process.
The room was so much more than we had expected. We had a room with a queen sized bed, and shared bathroom facilities. Some people get squeamish about shared toilet/shower facilities – you do not need to worry with this place! They are cleaned regularly and always smelt so clean. Each of the showers came with a standard manoeuvrable shower head and overhead rain shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the cubicles.
The air-conditioning in the room was brilliant, the bed was incredibly comfortable, there was a small kitchenette in the lobby area with a microwave, kettle, water dispenser, communal plates, cutlery and glasses. The gaming set ups were absolutely awesome as well!
We’re hoping to book here again the next time we come to Singapore! 11 out of 10 for this hotel! Thank you again to all the staff, our stay with you was fantastic!
[ If I was to nit-pick at anything, it would have been great to have the option to set the RBG light strip in the rooms as a singular solid colour or to have them have more of a smooth transition between colours instead of it flashing between each colour – but even then, its one of 3 lights in the room, so you don’t even have to have it on at all ]
For me and my partner is actually very home like. And has a small cyber cafe vibe. Its rather attractive for youngster i believe.
Stayed in a single room (1 person only) and its very sufficient. Not meant for shoppers but more for tourists for exploration.
I was impressed by the service provided. Alan was an exceptional host and I actually thought that he was the business owner. The hotel maybe be 4 star but Alan was clearly worth 6 stars. I will come back again to stay every year. Kind regards Chuck Lee Sydney Australia
Honestly, if your feedback to guests is only sarcasm (sorry did not meet your “budget” expectation), you will go out of business in no time. Please do reflect on your customer service and treat potential customers fairly. You are in the service industry anyway. If prospect customer request for cancellation within 48 hours, please do attend to the request instead of being following hard-fast rule of following cancellation policy. Also, other reviews on bad customer experience should be taken as lessons and respond nicely to them not being sarcastic. Truly unprofessional. Please do reflection on your customer service.
Excellent location at Bugis village/junction. MRT is across the street. Ideal for solo traveller with enough space for luggage and a comfortable double size mattress on a raised plinth above compact sitting area. Clean communal Male/Female bathrooms and a shared lounge/computer work stations.
