3 weeks agoI stayed for a night with my family, thank god it was only one night. The carpets were so dirty, the bin in the room was full of rubbish when I check in, the receptionist was not friendly and rude. Only one door for washroom and bathroom, only one mode for bathroom shower – rainfall type. Not recommending this hotel at all cost.3 months agoI stayed there last night to my horror I found filthy bedsheet and blanket cover. Then I asked to change to another room. I was greeted with smelly pillows.This morning I asked to change to another room with fresh bedsheet. Upon inspection under sunlight the bedsheet and blanket cover were filthy too. The housekeeper is from MYANMAR. This is why this hotel cleanliness standard is of MYANMAR STANDARD.
I have stayed in many countries dorm facilities but never in my travelling experiences I came across such filthy hotel.
I cancelled my booking and left.
a month agoI was forced to cancel my booking on 5th October 2023 because of it filthy condition.The receptionist confirmed my cancellation and said I will not be changed. I duly called Agoda to inform them. However, Agoda make the deduction.
I have called Agoda 3 times to rectify this but till today I have yet to receive my refund!!!
3 months agoI have late check in but receptionist malay small guy on the night i check is vey helpful and greeting us. The room is not very clean can see the dust near the bedhead and have stain on the bed sheet. When check out got a guy or lady receptionist not even greeting and say thank you. He just make he face like we are annoying him.6 months agoThe hotel used to be a very pleasant , clean hotel a few years back, however it’s a shocker to see things have changed so drastically. Room smells awful, power trip due to faulty plug, had the room replaced toanother room that has water leakage on the aircond and outside due to rain. Carpet smelled bad due to the leakages. Noticed some people were freely smoking in the lift area despite warning signs, as tough it’s a common thing to do there. Lift was jammed on ground floor due to some fault. Basically not a good review, and how can they keep up with that kind of rate when a nearby hotel is much more better in value. To bad before they were excellent,now it just speechless.

3 months agosingle room cost around rm90.. pretty average but comfortable…parking space is limited with no security.10 months agoThe worst hotel I have ever been to in my 50 years of existence. Coachroaches running around the room everywhere. Do you need internet for your remote work? You better find another place with wifi because this hotel wifi connection is as bad as it can be. Fancy a bit of daylight ? No mate windows aren’t part of the 30€ deal. A very surprising price when you can find rooms for 5€ a night in the whole of south east Asia !8 months agoMy friend stayed here for vacation. From what he shared he is satisfied. Affordable, clean and easy to call grab or buses. Got minimarket and gym nearby. Near to bus and train station and Maybank2 years agoStaff Review: Stayed for 1 night Dec 2021. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming, kudos to Kak Hasnizah (can’t remember her name correctly)Room Review: It’s a bit small for my liking but it’s cheap anyway for ~rm70 per night for single room, I can’t complaint much. Room is very comfortable and clean. Tv equip with local broacasting channel, just in case you’re boring and want to stay in room. Wifi is available and the speed is quite okay. I got room with window facing main road, there is slight road noise entering the room but still tolerable. The mirror is only available in the bathroom but the lighting is quite dim.
a year agoIts okay for a budget hotel. Nothing fancy to talk about. Room is clean and tidy. When night there is nothing you can enjoy in these location.

Generally the staff were friendly and helpful. Room door could be repaired so that the gap between the door frame and door is closed up
As I had to take a train the next day and there are 2 buses which connect the motel to the bus terminal (603 and 601), I hesitated and really reserved one night despite the warnings of certain comments that I had read . It was a mistake. Located on the most important investment in the hotel would be the acquisition of soundproofed windows. I did not close the eye of the night. In addition to the sound of road traffic, there was a party nearby with firecrackers, music and cries. As for the bedroom, the cleanliness is minimalist, hair on the floor, black fan of filth in the bathroom. On the other hand I found an ashtray on the table – I thought the hotels were non -smokers, and secured by a smoke detection system. Apparently not here.
Close to Penang Sentral, very quick drive. We got room 505, if I remember correctly. The toilet was leaking water and AC didn’t work. Spoke to the staff and paid for one of the little houses outside and that was better. Lots of noise from the freeway but manage to drown it out. Overall decent place, cheap motel.
Old style hotel ! No senior citizen friendly use..no lift..aircond not cold..dirty bed…dirty toilet ..ceiling with hole..all the car passby so noisy..still got mat rempit somemore ..wont go back again..please consider before booking!so regret! Next time sure pay more to stay at a comfortable hotel
Everything felt nice clean and although a small room it was nice my children were happy it was super clean the AC was cold a alot of time of me living here felt like it’s good also don’t forget it was nice it felt like we lived in a house but it’s a hotel nothing also everyone who said problem there wasn’t it was a nice place it’s a nice place and cheap too
