This morning I asked to change to another room with fresh bedsheet. Upon inspection under sunlight the bedsheet and blanket cover were filthy too. The housekeeper is from MYANMAR. This is why this hotel cleanliness standard is of MYANMAR STANDARD.
I have stayed in many countries dorm facilities but never in my travelling experiences I came across such filthy hotel.
I cancelled my booking and left.
The receptionist confirmed my cancellation and said I will not be changed. I duly called Agoda to inform them. However, Agoda make the deduction.
I have called Agoda 3 times to rectify this but till today I have yet to receive my refund!!!

Generally the staff were friendly and helpful. Room door could be repaired so that the gap between the door frame and door is closed up
As I had to take a train the next day and there are 2 buses which connect the motel to the bus terminal (603 and 601), I hesitated and really reserved one night despite the warnings of certain comments that I had read . It was a mistake. Located on the most important investment in the hotel would be the acquisition of soundproofed windows. I did not close the eye of the night. In addition to the sound of road traffic, there was a party nearby with firecrackers, music and cries. As for the bedroom, the cleanliness is minimalist, hair on the floor, black fan of filth in the bathroom. On the other hand I found an ashtray on the table – I thought the hotels were non -smokers, and secured by a smoke detection system. Apparently not here.
Close to Penang Sentral, very quick drive. We got room 505, if I remember correctly. The toilet was leaking water and AC didn’t work. Spoke to the staff and paid for one of the little houses outside and that was better. Lots of noise from the freeway but manage to drown it out. Overall decent place, cheap motel.
Old style hotel ! No senior citizen friendly use..no lift..aircond not cold..dirty bed…dirty toilet ..ceiling with hole..all the car passby so noisy..still got mat rempit somemore ..wont go back again..please consider before booking!so regret! Next time sure pay more to stay at a comfortable hotel
Everything felt nice clean and although a small room it was nice my children were happy it was super clean the AC was cold a alot of time of me living here felt like it’s good also don’t forget it was nice it felt like we lived in a house but it’s a hotel nothing also everyone who said problem there wasn’t it was a nice place it’s a nice place and cheap too
