6 months agoFirstly, I would like to commend your staff for providing excellent service throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, which created a positive experience for me.However, I must mention that I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheets appeared dirty, and it seemed that they hadn’t been changed. This was an important aspect for me as a guest, as cleanliness is crucial when staying in any accommodation.
On a positive note, I appreciated that the hotel provided towels for guests. It’s a small detail but adds convenience to the overall experience.
While there were some areas of improvement regarding cleanliness, I do believe that your hotel offers good value for the price paid. It’s important for guests to understand that if they are seeking a higher level of luxury and cleanliness, they may need to consider investing in a higher-priced hotel.
I must commend your hotel for its convenient location. Being situated opposite to a park with food trucks and a food market during the night. Moreover, having safe car park right in front of each room provides convenience and peace of mind.
4 months agoThe location of the place is good but the cleanliness is totally bad. We only sprayed mosquito repellent but a few cockroaches appeared. My daughter is so scared that she doesn’t want to enter the room. I have told the staff working there. They have seen themselves. They also recommended another room but at the same time told me that there were indeed many cockroaches there. I didn’t dare to stay there and asked for a refund but they didn’t give it until now. I have already told Miss Akma the person in charge. She said she would tell the supervisor. I do have video evidence that I took there. I have also forwarded it to the hotel phone’s whatsapp. I have not received any response until now. If I don’t receive a refund, I will make a police report..3 months agoCheck in late. Staff was helpful. The hotel is baout 15mins away from the cruise terminal in Port Klang. The room :- Dirty room. Toilet not being clean. Rubbish under the basin. Toilet bowl got stain. Cockroache In the toilet. Bedsheet got stain and smelly. Mattress kinda hard. Air conditioning kinda cooling. The money we paid … Cant complain much but it can be better.11 months agoCleanliness is a big issue, esp on those 2 most important elements – beddings and towels . Can’t even imagine myself laying down on the bedsheet. The pillow cases have stains all over (see picture). I had to cover the pillow with my own towel. Not sound proof, can hear the TV from the room next door. Never to come back..4 months agoI had a Pleasant Stay here even the Staff’s was friendly and I feel safe here.

a month agoas soon as i went in, there is an obvious cigar smoke smell in the lobby, which i thought it was abit odd. the receptionist was good, got my key with remote control for the aircond and tv. got to my room. bed was fine, the table was dusty. the floor was dirty, probably for people with shoes on. the air conditioner is okay 3/5. no window haha. and lastly, the bathroom was really clean and looks new, considering for the price ( deluxe queen rm100 with early check in 10+am ). soap, shampoo, shower cap, 2 mineral waters and toothbrush provided. bath towel needed to ask. consider not that bad, but there’s still stuff that the hotel can be improved… … like the odd smell and ventilation…thank you6 months agoNice place for me and husband to rest after work. The price is reasonable. The aircond is not up to my expectation, a bit slow. The receptionist too polite until i cant hear her voice clearly. During my checked in, I saw another staff eating at counter. Hopefully the management can prepare a pantry for their staff. Overall is good.5 months agoA very nice hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are neat and clean, and the bar is well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful and it was very pleasant. Very affordable price for the ambience and service. I’m coming again.5 months agoA very nice hotel, with clean rooms and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Easy to access and close to touristic attractions, about twenty minutes by foot. An old hotel and used to be a very popular accommodation for business travellers and tourists coming to Klang. The hotel is still standing strong with ample parking space and other necessary facilities. I attended a meeting at the Lobby Meeting Room. The room was nice and had good air conditioning. But the lobby was so hot, no air-conditioning at all. I started sweating. Furthermore, most of the plug points inside the meeting room also were out of power. Hope can get them fixed soon.
Worst hotel ever I stay. I booked for 4 nights but the next day I already check out. Even I knew the balance of 3 Night is not refunded. 5.30am ppl keep calling my room phone but not answering. 3 times I received same day between 5am to 5.30am. My husband went down to get something the receptionist can ask him, are you staying alone or with someone. What type of question is that. Hygiene wise..bedbugs n toilet bowl yellowish my goodness. I don’t under how come Agoda can expect there booking. Shameful for Agoda..if didn’t find out how bad is hotel has been maintained..One night maybe no choice can stay..if couple nightmare. Like creepy place.. sorry to said but that’s the facts.
BEWARE and stay clear of this hotel. Absolutely disgusting and filthy room. Had to check out and book another hotel room right after checking in. Also while we were waiting for our grab, we noticed lots of “hourly” customers entering and exiting the hotel.
Reasonable price. Ample & safe free parking. Nearby Restaurants & malls.
Very recommended. Affordable price. I came here for the event. The event took place in the hotel meeting room. Overall, a delightful experience.
