JakaStaff is friendly and welcoming. Wifi is acceptable, but unreliable at times. Bathrooms are decently clean, but you may have to have your own toiletries. A good stay for a few nights.

The room is comfortable. Toilet is clean. Host is friendly. Price also affordable. The only concern i have is this motel should at least provide soap in the bathroom. The cheap one will do. But overall, yes i will recommend this place to my friends.

Really good. Everything cleaned. The location was a little bit away but it does worth it! The receptionist who gave me the welcome was really nice and he gave me a lot of tips for my trip here since the beginning. Really nice!
The hotel itself is clean and fine. The 1 star is for charging 50RM for stolen room key without providing the cost/transparency upfront.
Was only told the room card cost 50RM after it was stolen by someone.
This is one of the best value hotel I ever stayed.
The staff will explain everything including the switches in the capsules, lockers, water dispenser and house rules.
The hotel knows that nowadays people have more than 1 gadget to charge at night so provides a multi-purpose plug for its guests.
The hotel is very clean.
Staff are very helpful, give tips on where to eat, take public transport, change money etc.
It is located less than 4 min walk from Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal where many express and local buses stop. So even with heavy luggage, one should have no problem walking there from the bus terminal.
There is a food centre just below the hotel, where many local delights are sold, the price of food is not the cheapest in Penang but definitely not unreasonable.
Great for solo travel. I think I’ll not go to any other hotel if I were to travel solo again to Penang.
Kudos to Ah Liang, a young Chinese guy, he helped to solve my mobile phone problem.
The place and capsules are really clean and comfy. I enjoyed staying for one night. It’s affordable and ideal for a short visit to the island, suitable for two or three nights of budget-friendly sleep.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr Chong, the person in-charge of front desk & reservation in particular for his help to cancel my booking via booking.com. Without his efforts & cooperation, I won’t be able to get my refund successfully as booking.com insistent on rejected my claims for twice.
Mr Chong is undoubtedly sporting and helpful regardless my cancellation of the booking room due to my personal reasons. I actually didn’t expect to get such warm hospitality from him and his assistant, a young man(Ah Liang?) as well after I had made the decision to cancel my booking. Honestly, I was really impressed of the excellent service they had provided to me.
It is definitely an unforgettable experience to meet such nice people even though I just dropped in the hotel for a short while.
