i already booking at booking com but when i arrived here my room is full. i need to change another room and why ur staff charge penalty to me. i arrived on 2am , still on date my booking..normally penalty will be given when early check in or late check out.. so easy ur staff make it money pocket ..and the room not clean yet when i check in. so terrible ur service!

    Bad experience ever, During check in get room which are not doing housekeeping , blanket messy on the bed, no replace bed sheet, receptionist without saying sorry and changing to new room but room aircond not functioning, stain on bed sheet ??, Lastly we check out on the spot, we arrived within 10 min and all those things happen. Not only us experience aircond problem but we found others uncle have same situation. We never ever stay at this place ??????????

    I never have such bad experience before staying here. 1.The room is dirty 2. The bed sheet is dirty with stain of something wet and smelly 3. The pilow is very bad smelly with stain. It’s very much obvious they just put someone’s used stuff without washing. 4. The towel is also dirty. 5. Got mosquito inside the room 6. And smells bad inside room , as well the common area are bad smelly of smoking. 7. The reception Mr. Tinagaran is harsh.

    2. This hotel does not deserve a 3 star also. Not even for budget travellers. Very dirty, shabby, bathroom is mossy. Feeling sick in a few hours itself.

    3. Rooms are ok when you are on a short trip, they maintain but need more attention to clean and rectify the issues in room. Have proper network connection too. Courteous staff especially jamuna helped me ,
      Hotel is close to rawang centre places.

    5. Dirty rooms, empty shampoo bottle. Suddenly 2 guys opened door, seem like reception mistaken provide keys to different guests for same door. Sticky floor, definitely not go again.
