7 months agoLocation is very good and everything is within walkable distance. However the room was dirty and the bedsheet was stained and yellow. I had to go buy bedsheets and pillowcases just to be able to sleep. The AC was filled with dust and had poor ventilation. Oh my good don’t get me started on the towels… let’s just say I rather let my self air dry than use those dirty towels!!!!.. The bathroom smelled stuffy and had molds on the walls, it looked as if lt was never cleaned. I had to pay extra just to use the clothing iron for 5 minutes! Which is ridiculous. There was no house keeping and no WIFI. I have stayed in many cheap hotels before but this one was pure hell, it didn’t feel comfortable to sleep…I felt so itchy from the dust and dirty bedding… it doesn’t cost much to just provide a clean room, with clean sheets and towels!!!!!!7 months agoI don’t know why the reviews in Agoda was so good??? Poor sound isolation,dirty/smelly beds, unhelpful workers, unhygienic toilets. No room keeping, we need to throw out trash to 5 mins walking distance dustbin. No remote for AC and TV. I would rate -10/10.a year agoYou get what you pay for… Looks OK from outside, when you go in there is a mould/smoke smell. Receptionist friendly. Went to room, initially looked OK, ac works, if noisy, bars at windows, were on the mezzanine floor. Bathroom window broken and can’t shut fully, mould in all the silicone, and grout, and doors filthy. Sink cracked. Bedding is grey and doesn’t fit the bed, headboard ripped. Lots of noise through the windows from road throughout the night. Curtain doesn’t fit the window. Woke up, bed comfortable enough, but woke with bad back, and dreamt we had been bitten through the night. Had breakfast 2 doors down, cheap and tasty. On the whole I wouldn’t stay again. Location is good though!9 months agoThey charge a “tourist tax” upon arrival, on top of the price you paid to book. This isn’t mentioned anywhere online when you book and it felt scummy.The bedding was stained and the pillows were very yellowed. The wallpaper was peeling up in multiple spots. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was covered in soap scum, it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a few weeks. Old wrappers were also left on top of the toilet.
The AC works but there is no controls. Either it’s on or it’s off. There is a tv but no remote for it. And there is NO WiFi. They told me it hadn’t worked in a while which if I had known that I never would have booked. I’ m traveling. I need internet to continue my travels. Unacceptable.
Just stay somewhere else. I wish I would have.

2 weeks agoFirst time rented this hotel for just 1 night short stay. Surprisingly clean and well maintained. Not very clean for towel but is ok we had ours.Mattress, blanket, and pillow all cleaned, no smell.
The things which I am a little uncomfortable with are 1.No sound proof so depends on luck that your neighbor don’t make noise. 2. No parking provided but it didn’t give me a problem on my stay.
What I like about the hotel is the superb location. Walking distance to shops for foods and beverage.
Had good experience overall for the stay. Everything is okay for me. ?
a month agoA clean hospitality outlet with simple ambience and decor. The room was comfy with good space, basic features and amenities/ services provided and definately not worse off then higher star rated hotels despite rated as a budget hotel. The front office personnel was friendly and accomodative. The room rate was ?? The down side was the hotel does not provide lift facility and can be challenging to customers with mobility limitation. Overall, i have no objection to repeat my stay here.2 months agoCheck in was a breeze. A small hotel with clean room and toilet. A water machine dispenser and ironing board with iron are located in the foyer of each level. I stayed overnight for a business trip, will come again if i am in seremban. The only downside is there isn’t many halal outlet nearby.3 months agoBook room with no window for two persons. Room size is nice. Still got space to perform prayers. Iron is outside the room near the coway. (Would be better if it’s inside the room) Shower got water heater. Got tv in the room but mine has no sound although i had increased the volume. (Its not smart tv btw so cant watch netflix and whatsoever) Toiletries are all provided include toothpaste and toothbrush. Receptionist was friendly. Overall its a nice stay to just sleep and rest your body there. Btw dont forget to pay for parking if not you’ll get sued like me the next morning by majlis bandaraya seremban ??6 months agoGood hotel for the price. Everything is nearby. Restaurant, convenient shop, laundry etc. Staff services excellent. Ample parking space (with RM4 daily rate or RM0.60 per hour). Room decent size. Good bed & toilet too.

The front desk is 24-hours manned which is very good, the hotel is a bit aged but clean, it is more towards a quaint hotel. The receptionist is absolutely helpful and friendly. The hotel price isn’t too expensive and the room is big. Two bottles of mineral water are provided for free during check-in. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and body wash which were definitely convenient. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor, many stores and restaurants nearby. They will collect RM50 deposit and it will be refunded during check-up.
The hotel has a clear rotting smell. The bed sheet does not get tucked under the bed that after sleep the unclean bed is revealed. The rain water came into the room despite a closed window.
The toilet water keeps running and I had to adjust the toilet handle to stop the toilet water from continuous flow. The carpet along the walk way looks very old.
This hotel definitely need to be refurbished.
I chose this hotel to stay because it’s near to amenities but am disappointed because of the above.
Step into the past. Building looked majestically old. Reception is uninteresting and front desk guy looked like he preferred a PS game that sitting in the front desk.
Corridor emits an odour and is very untidy.
The room was spacious but bare and minimally furnished. The Bedsheet, pillow, and casing were yellowish. Towels provided also smelled stale.
Overall, not so pleased and will not return.

Strategic location, very convenient n easy to find nice food within walking distance.
Room is clean, sufficient basic facilities available.
