The bedding was stained and the pillows were very yellowed. The wallpaper was peeling up in multiple spots. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was covered in soap scum, it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a few weeks. Old wrappers were also left on top of the toilet.
The AC works but there is no controls. Either it’s on or it’s off. There is a tv but no remote for it. And there is NO WiFi. They told me it hadn’t worked in a while which if I had known that I never would have booked. I’ m traveling. I need internet to continue my travels. Unacceptable.
Just stay somewhere else. I wish I would have.
The front desk is 24-hours manned which is very good, the hotel is a bit aged but clean, it is more towards a quaint hotel. The receptionist is absolutely helpful and friendly. The hotel price isn’t too expensive and the room is big. Two bottles of mineral water are provided for free during check-in. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and body wash which were definitely convenient. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor, many stores and restaurants nearby. They will collect RM50 deposit and it will be refunded during check-up.
The hotel has a clear rotting smell. The bed sheet does not get tucked under the bed that after sleep the unclean bed is revealed. The rain water came into the room despite a closed window.
The toilet water keeps running and I had to adjust the toilet handle to stop the toilet water from continuous flow. The carpet along the walk way looks very old.
This hotel definitely need to be refurbished.
I chose this hotel to stay because it’s near to amenities but am disappointed because of the above.
Step into the past. Building looked majestically old. Reception is uninteresting and front desk guy looked like he preferred a PS game that sitting in the front desk.
Corridor emits an odour and is very untidy.
The room was spacious but bare and minimally furnished. The Bedsheet, pillow, and casing were yellowish. Towels provided also smelled stale.
Overall, not so pleased and will not return.

Strategic location, very convenient n easy to find nice food within walking distance.
Room is clean, sufficient basic facilities available.
