I enjoyed my stay with my family for 2 nights. What really stood out was the cleanliness. The rooms can use some refurbishment but all the staff have been friendly and kept everything very clean and tidy.

We were set at 7th floor and congestion at the lift only one or two was working with soo many people checking in. At night, I was terribly disturbed by ‘some things’ and the toilet in the hotel was soo creepy with the mirror facing the door. Soo eerie to stay here it has old haunted hotel vibe. Parking space was also scary. Don’t stay here alone. Bathtub water was clogged but plumber came quite fast. The bathroom floor was also filled with water like something somewhere is leaking. Same price with other nearby hotel but the vibe was different. You might want to pay for valet parking because the place was refurbished and old and small and toooo far to reach to the lobby. Overall super inconvenient to stay here

    Very dusty room. I mean really dusty and dirty. I have got a corner room which is facing the Federal Highway. Two windows can’t tight close which is very terrible for me. I can’t even sleep because noise from the vehicle. Room was not maintain properly. Broken bed light. Broken socket outlets. Cockroach found in front of my room. Breakfast menu is below basic. No nasi lemak nor rice porridge; which is very basic for hotel breakfast.

    My room was so dusty,dirty, bedsheet had dirt everywhere,toilet was all dirty.I asked the staffs to change the sheet ,tidy up the room abit and left the room. came back to see nothing was done,everything was as it was when I left. This time when I came back Aircond wasn’t working and one of the staff said it is tripped only after asking. It was suffocating and sweaty in the room. We asked them to fix the Aircond and cleaned everything and left the room again because we couldn’t stay in. Came back and saw Aircond was fixed and bedsheet was changed.the dust and all other stuffs were just there and on the whole stay was very disappointing.To make it worst, I was locked in the bathroom twice, the door lock has an issue and the moment I close the door it get locked and can’t open without help.Same thing happened to my husband once. It took at least 15 mins to get the door open.How scary is this. Poor maintenance, and staffs can be better at what they are doing. I would not recommend this place for a pleasant stay.Worst experience ever

    The strongest point of this hotel, it’s located strategically next to IDCC. But I hope they make renovation to make a cafe as it difficult to buy food. The housekeeing was excellent in topping the necessities but the carpet & drawer were dusted. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

    1. It’s okay for me if the room is small because the price is cheap. But, it’s not okay if room is in not ready for guest. The curtain was broken, bathroom door broken, we can’t close the door at all. Tv remote unfunctionable, need to switch on tv manually and then tv switch off automatically for every hour. There was ants on the desk. I’ve been to other hotels with the same price but this is the worst in my experience.

    2. very very bad!!!
      – bedsheet are so dirty with yellow stains
      – toilet is super dirty. with po0ps stains.
      – plus, the staff were super rude? went down and ask for cleaning supplies cuz i need to clean the uncleaned toilet but they told me no
      – had to spent RM23 and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the dirty toilet ?
      – saw they hang the towel just by the hand-rill stairs. ew red flag ?
      – so many dead baby cockroaches
      – there are 6 lights. but only 2 are working????
      – i’ve been to so many hotel with this kind of price but this one is the worse!!!
      – im never going back ?

    3. If you are looking for a place to stay that is infested with cockroaches, mosquitos and bedbugs, then this place is for you. The photos are misleading as they are taken from years ago. This place looks shabby, and at night, it looks like a place where people hook up or get quickies.

      Upon reaching the room, the moment the AC was switched on (it wasn’t even cold), a cockroach fell out of it! On top of that, the bathroom light was dim, and personally, it felt as if there were cameras hidden inside.

      The bed had stray strands of hair on it and looked half made, as if the sheets were simply rearranged and not changed. The basic amenities were lacking, and the toothbrush and bar soap that were left on the dresser looked as if they had been there for quite some time. (unclean.)

      When I went out of the room for dinner and came back, the room smelled like the lobby, as if someone entered the room. What for, I do not know.

      There were bedbugs in my bed, and I could not sleep the whole night, as cockroaches kept appearing, too. Please do not let the reviews on Agoda deceive you, as my experience was neither “clean” nor “nice”. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

      Neighbors were also noisy.

    4. There was a baby cockroach in our room and the floor was somehow oily and slippery when we checked in. There were actual rats climbing around the hallway cctv cameras. Cheap but not for the faint hearted.

    5. Not a great place to start with your holiday because the second we entered our room, it was a dusty smell while in the bathroom there was a cockroach behind the mirror.

      Rats in the hallway aswell dirty bedsheets and pillow sheets and felt there was a camera through the mirrors.

      Not a great hotel but if you want a cheap one then there you have it.
