Went to FirstNail Gel manicure and pedicure. Was served by cherry & May both of them are professional and friendly. I love their massage skills, very firm. The place is conducive Overall good experience
Very good service I follow this shop more than 3years. Very happy after they done my nail and eyelash extension.
I’ve always come back here to do my nails. They are very good at what they are doing. Professional and great ambience. Highly recommended! The price is also very very reasonable
Poor service, poor attitude, WORST experience ever. Told the person that I wanted Express package (nail painting only) because I was rushing for next appointment. She went on to ask about my appointment, what time, where is the appointment, and kept forcing me to do the manicure/pedicure package even though I insisted on Express.
Worse, they did not even inform or say anything and went on to do the manicure/pedicure package. Definitely forcing me to pay for what I didn’t ask for. (At that point, I still didn’t know that they ignored my request on doing express package)
During the painting process, she was going to put on some kind of gel that will harden the nails, I said 2 fingers no need to do because the nails are too short so there is no need to put the gel. BUT she just ignored my request, saying “put better put better” and proceed to put on the gel and charged me additional price. What kind of service is this? Where is the respect to customer?
When I was going to pay at the counter, I was confirming if the price she was going to charge me was the price for Express package, guess what, she charged me at manicure/pedicure package price. I asked why, she just said “oh sorry but we did manicure/pedicure package for you already so this is the price”. HUH? AGAIN WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?
NOT taking customer’s request into consideration, and just charge at whatever price they want. Forcing customer to pay for service they didn’t ask for. Truly had the worst and the most unpleasant experience here.
Do not visit this shop, you’ll definitely regret!
I follow their shop 9years ago, service is the best. I let them do my nail, eyelash, embroidery eye brow.
