Discovered a nice nail shop in the neighborhood. Best not to come on CNY Eve because they are very shorthanded. Don’t expect really good skills as the manicurist are foreigners. But it’s convenient I guess.
Found this place while visiting the folks. Had a regular pedicure and the ladies did a superb job- 3 weeks on and it still looks great (other than my nails growing out). I recommend this place and would definitely come back!
Nice ambience and polite staff. Pedi was great. However the french gel mani I did started chipping the very next day on one finger and the rest followed suit very soon after. Bit disappointing given the regular pedi was really well done.
Edit : the whole gel mani chipped off in a week. One week!
Keeping two stars because the pedicure was good, maybe because I opted for regular polish. Don’t do gel nails here.
Did my nails on the 13th Jan for CNY, and this is the result on the 19th Jan. Very disappointed.
Used to have better staffs. Those previous two Myanmar(sorry if im mistaken) were experienced and they were the best!
The current staffs are real nice, good with pedicures but not manicures. I did the gel polish still had bubble insides. Then, I did the buffing and shaping, she didn’t know how to do a proper shaping ?.
Oh and before buffing, I had to remove my gel polish. She did not removed it all, still have some left in my nails but she said that was my white-dot nails. I mean you can feel that wasn’t the white-dot. I got the same lady twice, unfortunately her experienced still need a lot of improvement for the price I paid.
The shaping was off. No symmetry at all. Was told to reshape but still not good as it was already gone wrong.
