a month agoWe’ve such a wonderful mani experience with Glenda and Hmone, we came back for pedi the next day ?. The ladies were amazing and professional in delivering their services. Hmone did a fantastic job in resuscitating my hubby’s disastrous nails. And thanks to Glenda for helping me with this lovely combo of nail colors.a week agoIt is my first time here and prior coming I called if there is an available slot. I arrived im the salon 10 minutes before my appointment and the ladies on the counter assisted me.Glenda made my nails and did an exemplary service. She made sure that I am satisfied and checking if she meeting my expectations. She is friendly, indeed a great asset. Every employee should have the same attitude for the success of the business! Exceptionally great!
However, I am suggesting that receptionist of someone in the counter should be friendly and accommodating. Customer deserve great customer experiences.
2 months agoAlways an amazing experience coming to do my gel mani pedi here. Special mention to lovely Ms Glenda, who did a beautiful work on my nails with her gentle and great skills. Ms Khin did a great job on my previous visits as well. Overall, a really nice place with real nail professionals!a month agoWas in town for a conference and decided to pamper myself. Khin was amazing in her service and choices. I initially was undecided on what colour and just chose one. Khin quickly suggested another colour which suits me very much. Discovered a nice nail shop in the neighborhood. Best not to come on CNY Eve because they are very shorthanded. Don’t expect really good skills as the manicurist are foreigners. But it’s convenient I guess.
Found this place while visiting the folks. Had a regular pedicure and the ladies did a superb job- 3 weeks on and it still looks great (other than my nails growing out). I recommend this place and would definitely come back!
Nice ambience and polite staff. Pedi was great. However the french gel mani I did started chipping the very next day on one finger and the rest followed suit very soon after. Bit disappointing given the regular pedi was really well done.
Edit : the whole gel mani chipped off in a week. One week!
Keeping two stars because the pedicure was good, maybe because I opted for regular polish. Don’t do gel nails here.
Did my nails on the 13th Jan for CNY, and this is the result on the 19th Jan. Very disappointed.
Used to have better staffs. Those previous two Myanmar(sorry if im mistaken) were experienced and they were the best!
The current staffs are real nice, good with pedicures but not manicures. I did the gel polish still had bubble insides. Then, I did the buffing and shaping, she didn’t know how to do a proper shaping ?.
Oh and before buffing, I had to remove my gel polish. She did not removed it all, still have some left in my nails but she said that was my white-dot nails. I mean you can feel that wasn’t the white-dot. I got the same lady twice, unfortunately her experienced still need a lot of improvement for the price I paid.
The shaping was off. No symmetry at all. Was told to reshape but still not good as it was already gone wrong.
