If you’re looking for affordable price/package with great service + relax environment, Cher Nails is the place! Book your slot either thru phone call or drop them a message. I’m getting my lashes done here and they lasted 1 to 2 months no drop at all. I also started to get my manicure and pedicure by Angela and her team. They offer good package for the mani pedi! I’ve been to a few spas in Miri and by far, Cher Nails is the best. To sportsperson who looking for lymphatic massage, you can book here too.
I visited on 24/12/2022 & selected Package RM178 with manicure & pedicure removal of RM30. Whole process took 4 hours with rude and poor service. Rough hand skill causing pain to nails. One of foot nail cracked and one of finger nail swollen due to skin cracked.
I feedback my comment on 26/12/2022. They replied politely with free manicure design service. However, they insisted to do on 27 or 28/1/2022 before 5 pm despite I finished work at 5 pm. They rudely responded that they were just earn a living and advised me to visit other shop.
I hope the Management will seriously look into this matter to improve their staff service experience with quality matching the price paid for and polite manner in responding to customers inquiries and comments. It would be wise to admit your own mistake rather than putting blame on customers causing anger emotion and give abusive comments in order to maintain their pride.
This shop is not recommended. Respect is to be earned, and not to be demanded for.

Thanks for your reply. Despite your feedback in writing, when i called up to seek clarification earlier with your senior staff Pei Pei, she responded to set appointment on 15/1/2023 due to removal done twice will cause injury and damage to my finger nails. In fact, my finger nail was injured and swollen due to rough hand technique. However, after she spoke to the lady boss, she and her lady boss responded rudely that must came for free design immediately or next day, if you think you are sincere enough then don’t give empty commitment and told me off to visit other nail shop and asked me to do it immediately.
FYI, my friends said the butterfly were ugly and didn’t look like butterfly. The price i paid for was not worth for the nails art produced. It look normal and simple.
After 14 days, my gel manicure colour bleached and nail border cracked. Both butterfly made from glue cracked and one of them falled off.
Last but not least, please coach your staff to provide professional service. Learnt to accept default services with sincere apologies rather than argue for no ending. The worst services and experience i ever had in my life.
Please take my constructive comment and improve for future services if you would to maintain your service in this industry.

Prices are reasonable. And the staff is very friendly.
The decor is beautiful. They have many choices for nail colors, both gel and regular.
They are professional and very customer-oriented.
I was pleased with my pedicure.
Today I brought my mum for manicure service. Pei Pei is very friendly and nice manicurist. She helped my mum customized nail colors and she did it very nice and quick. My mum very satisfied with her service and said will go back there again next time. Thank you very much.

Warm and friendly environment. Comfortable as well. My nail tech Pei pei is very careful and efficient in doing my nails. Thank you for complimenting my hands ? I’m very shy tht i just laugh and smile. For sure gonna come again to use their other services.
