I’ve had a lot of nail services over the years, but this was one of my favourite,the environment is cozy, comfortable and tidy setting. Pleasant personnel, simple appointment scheduling. Of course the design really suit me very well. All in all, really great! Hopefully we’ll run into each other again soon.?

Do call and book an appointment in advance. Don’t expect to get a same day appointment. My daughter and myself went and were assigned 4 service staff for both our mani pedicures. They were professional and fast. In and out in 45mins. They were thorough too! Staff were very energetic and fast. Surprised to be done so quickly and given extra time to run errands. Highly recommended to all. They also do not push packages or oversell anything. Very cheerful work environment for the staff and peaceful for the customers.
Great and relaxing experience. Had my first mani & pedi while my wife did her usual. Both beauticians were great and super friendly – unfortunately we only remember Belle (who served my wife).
All in all, highly recommended – thank you HAAS 🙂
I went there for a regular mani/pedi (no gel). For some obscure reason, she did not want to color my toenails because i was wearing closed-toe shoes and it would take too long to dry. Furthermore, she only put one coat on my fingernails so the polish started to peel the very same day. However, she did an excellent job at cleaning and cutting the cuticles. I didn’t want to argue because of the linguistic barriers so i remained satisfied.
Technically good pedicure but really poor customer service and attitude so would not recommend to friends. Apt made for 1130, at 1120 they texted to say will arrive 1140. They came and 1145 and did not even seem sorry nor apologized. One pedicurist then talks to my friend (chinese) in chinese about me (indian) in my presence. Sigh… sad state of customer service and lack of respect and sensitivity . Appreciate if you can be more respectful and sensitive. Thanks
I went for removal and pedicure gel services, the person did my nail can’t even follow the picture and looks so bad and I have no choice to change to simple design just cat eyes and color. Anyhow still look so bad that I feel like removing it after done. Furthermore it such a rip off as it costs me 270 for such bad experience. 70 bucks just to remove the early gel pedicure! I know it’s Chinese new year and please dont overcharged. I don’t mind to pay for premium if the design is nice and service is good but it looks so ordinary. My first time here and it’s going to be the last time for sure.
Service good. Friendly staff will come again . Find ms.kandy and another 1 girl short hair tie up .?give me good advice color. And design. Good ??
