2 months agoGood service! Also Ms Alisa was so nice, accepting me for walk in.7 months agoSuper rude on the phone when enquiry was made.Been there once, environment is quiet and decent. Very personal service as it is a cozy little salon. The cutting and shaping was disappointing as it was uneven and still had sharp edges.
Application was so bad I could see my nail through the layers. Would not recommend any branches as the sunway pyramid one (went there bc it was urgent) was a horrible experience too

Did some french manicure and pedicure, love it!a year agoworker not professional apply nail polish not well Nail tools are not sterilized，unhygienic nail not neat from long to short except the thumb nail Dead skin is still there price gel pedicure rm158+remove 2 old gel rm16 total rm174 without treatment The price needs to provide professional service unexpected result3 years ago5 star services. Nice ambience. Did callus treatment. Very satisfying results. Highly recommended.

a year agoThis is my 3rd time coming here. I came back because I was happy with the two previous treatments. Also, if you like to see your nails coloured and still can perform your Solah (prayers), this is the place. Once we arrive the staff confirmed our services for the night and was asked to enter the premise. The area for pedi can fit about 5 pax and it’s quite open with just a thin veil separating from the front desk are. Staffs attitude is generally ok. Service is also adequate, they accidentally trimmed too far in while cleaning dead skin cell around my toe and it was slightly bleeding. There were quite some selections of color but the brands weren’t indicated clearly. I chose two colors from OPI but one was matted even though the bottles were identical. Not sure what’s wrong with the nail polish, but they ensured it was new. Hence the outcome wasn’t quite satisfactory. They should probably refresh their stock coz few colours were unavailable and even tried desperately to apply a base coat with barely few drops left. Overall not too bad experience but definitely could be further improved.
Everything is good enough for me. Their staff very polite and gentle. In details to the pedicure services. Price is worth enough even in my country might be so much cheaper but compare to everything here, it’s reasonable to come back again.
Great staff and willing to help me, i asked if i can do only one of my nails (i need to touch up) and they agreed to help me. Thank you for fixing my manicure hahaha love your shop btw (they dont have exact colour but this is the closest)
