a year agoLock up cell was clean and comfy years ago when it was new. Officers were very kind to have led me and my friend the back exit of Jurong Point so we didnt have to walk very far and be tired, and when we were given a ride from Jurong Point to the HQ, the car was clean and comfy however the locks had some problem as I cant open from inside. Small matter. Upon reaching, helped keep our items safe when we enter our cell. Kudos!The dissatisfaction I have is from the officers stationed at the cells. They didnt give any food! The lack of food during my stay was unbearable! I was soooo hungry! I really think they forgot about me!
Dont get arrested at Jurong, you will regret! Please consider other police HQ next time for your stays! ?? Not recommended!
a year agoWas assigned IO Irene Yeo from the Scam Strike Team. Useless and horrible women. Totally lost confidence in her. It’s because of people like her I lost confidence in SPF. Really wonder how she win award….. ?Please remove her from her job. She is not worth keeping.
If you ever get IO Irene Yeo, I highly recommend you to change cause really she get nothing done and very rude.
3 years agoBe prepared for 1-2 years of radio silence if you report outrage of modesty. Amazing how no clarification on my side is needed, although the officer emphasized that the initial statement is a brief one. Maybe that is why most molesters are just given stern warnings.4 years agoThey were very upright on what i did wrong all the while using non lethal force. Helped me carry my belongings and in the end kept it safe and also without a single scratch i must say. Overall officers were very kind and professional. Will definitely get arrested by them again in the future.5 years agowhat to say about efficiency? waited 1.30hr for making a report from 6 pm to 7.30pm, counter 1 cleared 2 person during my duration there. counter 2 stuck for 1.30hr still not moving, Still got two to three person in front of me. totally under staff and extremely low efficiency during peak hour. no numbering system as well, the station officer don’t know who come first. fed up and left.

finally found it, it’s inside community centre
So you know how most Police Centers are very obvious and easy to spot. This one begs to differ. Whoever finds this NPC should get an achievement unlocked in real life.
However, once I located the most hidden and fortified NPC co-located inside the womb of the Community Center—the officers were polite, nice and welcoming.
A shame they have to play build-a-fort with the CC when they have a bunch of the friendliest officers around town.
i call them to ask the downstair neighboor to minimize the noise. told me that they cant do anything until 10:30. which means i cant sleep before 10:30 and still wake up at 4. I need to understand the noisy neighbor. wow. just wow.
My husband lost his phone today and he was very worried as the phone meant a lot to him. Thanks to officer Gong Fangqi and B Kaarthika, we were able to get his phone back. The officers were patient in explaining the protocols to us, and we would like to thank them for their immense help.
