finally found it, it’s inside community centre
So you know how most Police Centers are very obvious and easy to spot. This one begs to differ. Whoever finds this NPC should get an achievement unlocked in real life.
However, once I located the most hidden and fortified NPC co-located inside the womb of the Community Center—the officers were polite, nice and welcoming.
A shame they have to play build-a-fort with the CC when they have a bunch of the friendliest officers around town.
i call them to ask the downstair neighboor to minimize the noise. told me that they cant do anything until 10:30. which means i cant sleep before 10:30 and still wake up at 4. I need to understand the noisy neighbor. wow. just wow.
My husband lost his phone today and he was very worried as the phone meant a lot to him. Thanks to officer Gong Fangqi and B Kaarthika, we were able to get his phone back. The officers were patient in explaining the protocols to us, and we would like to thank them for their immense help.
